I was extremely hesitant to order something like a couch online without having ever sitting in it. The comments posted before me made me feel better, but I was still nervous. Less than 3 weeks after I place my order, the delivery people came and set everything up and cleaned away all the packing material. Great communication and very professional. The couch itself is amazing. The leather is much nice than I thought it would be. For ANY price, this couch is great. At the price on Overstock, its PHENOMENAL. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and I would do it again. BTW, the leather is very high quality and I love the smell.
Don't buy it! We've had this sofa for two years and have experienced numerous rips and tears! It's poor quality of leather! It's out of warranty now and we're stuck with junk.
This is an absolutely amazing couch. The leather is thick and looks much more expensive than it was. It is really big and just gorgeous. I like that the seat is relatively high as it works well for my husband who is 6'4" and always has his legs bent uncomforably on other couches. The White Glove delivery is great.It took more than 6 weeks to come and several follow up calls from my side. Not sure what the issue was, but it was worth the wait.
I bought this sectional about 6 months ago and we love it. Just the right size for our family room but it does sit shallow. . One concern however is that I just noticed Overstock changed its description since I bought this item. It had previously been described as full grain leather which is what I was specifically looking for. Now it is described as bicast leather which is a cheaper leather and one I wanted to avoid. So now I am unsure of what kind of leather I have and how it will hold up.
