    so far these have lasted one season without getting mildew or grimmy I ordered a few more very happy with them I even put my umbrellas under them on top of the table for them to stay dry and not get dirty. I suggest putting something heavy on top of it. Heavy winds can blow the covers off so check after a heavy rain. I highly recommend these. Great price.
