very hard to use!
I found using the ice, which you prepare in the two small containers they include, works a bit better than regular ice, but this is VERY difficult to use. You have to press the large button AND push down hard to get any shaved ice. The process is slow and inefficient. There must be better sno-cone makers out there. If you're strong, and don't mind doing all the work - I guess this would be alright.
