Was quite surprised at how nice this is for the price. We put in great roo of small condo and it is just perfect, One glass was broken - called overstock and we had replacement in 3 days. no charge.

I searched high and low for a suitable dining room light fixture and am very pleased with this one's style, price, and quality. It is simple yet sophisticated and gives a warm brown light to our dining room. In that it takes 5 up to 100-watt up light bulbs and one 65 watt down light bulb, it is very bright so we use a dimmer to give us just the right amount of light. I haven't swapped the 100 watt lights for 60 or 75 watts but either of those in the 5 up lights may be plenty. Beware, if you have a 3-switch dimmer as we do and are using 100 watt light bulbs, it may have to be upgraded to one that will allow for more than the standard capacity or the 3-switch plate on the wall gets hot.

• How did the color on site compare with the actual product? It looks like shiny chocolate brown online and on the box carton but it is actually a medium golden antique brass which matches our cabinet door handles.
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. It is a very high quality and our electrician confirmed it.
• How accurate was the on site description of the product? The description was good but what wasn't clear from the picture is that the down light "globe" has a brass trim to match the fixture. This adds an unexpected finishing touch to this lovely fixture.

We purchased this for our house renovation. Item seemed very cheap and flimsy. I guess its fine considering it was not expensive. But dont expect good heavy material. You get what you pay for. I guess its suits the purpos.
