Once again Overstock comes through. We love these night stands. There look great and are made of high quality materials. They are solid and are better quality than many more expensive pieces we've seen in stores. I would recommend these to everyone. The assembly is not terribly difficulty but it does take time. The second one is much quicker. These will give your bedroom a great look.

This product was awesome. I love the dark almost black stain. I was really impressed by the quality of the wood. It is a very solid piece of furniture. It looks great. Especially with thee rest of the axium set. I also bought the bed and 2 drawer dresser and am every pleased with the whole collection.

This was exactly the style I had been looking for in furniture stores but didn't want to pay the ridulous prices. I was very happy with the quality, it is solid and the finish is really nice. The other reviews I read before I bought it were all good except for the putting together of the piece. I was really concerned because of how difficult the reviews said it would be. It was time consuming but very easy to put together. You are given very organized parts, all bagged separately and numbered. The way the peice is packed is much better than expected. The nightstand itself is all well marked as to what piece is what. The illustration (I'm a visual type person) were great and very helpful. You do have to pay attention and really look at the illustration but when you take a few minutes to do that it is very easy. Trust me this is not brain surgery, take your time, read and look, and if you can stay between the lines when you color, you'll be able to put this together with no problem! Just make sure that when you put in the cam locks that it calls for that you point the arrow in the direction of where the bolt comes in so you can lock it properly. Other than that absolutely no problem to put together!

I thought I was getting a piece of inexpensive furniture that was going to last a year. This thing is SOLID! Not only that, but the color and style is perfect. I was surprised that it came shipped so flat, and by UPS, the poor guy, this is a heavy box. I HIGHLY recommend.

It's nice looking, fairly easy to put together, even though there are a bunch of steps, and works smooth. What else do you want at this price? Get it.

Assembling the first one took about an hour because I had to familiarize myself with the assembly procedure. The second one took about 30 minutes. I used white glue and placed glue at the joining surfaces. I also glued the bottom panel of the drawer to the sides since i can

Looks fantastic, sturdy and elegant. Be warned - the wood and finish are soft - use the styrafoam included in the packaging when putting together. Also I recommend driving the smaller screws by hand - the soft wood can crack if torqued too much. 30 minute assembly time per stand.

We purchased 2 of these to complement a new bedroom suite. the matching stands were to wide to fit our room. These are much more attractive in person than the pics. Assembly is required but is no more difficult than any modular furniture. Directions are clear and accurate. A great deal!

assembling the nightstand takes a little time, as there are several steps. Payoff is a sturdy final prudct so in the end it is worth it. It would be better if the lower shelf came with small predrilled holes to help align it, otherwise, the rest of the assembly process is straightforward.

Love these nightstands, exactly what we were looking for without breaking the bank. Good solid wood, not particle board. Would definitely buy more from this line.

I was hoping it wouldn't be difficult to put together as other reviews had mentioned problems. I purchased two of these night stands and the dresser. so I started with the night stand. There are alot of pieces but the directions were easy to follow. The first night stand took 2 hours but the next one went together in half an hour. Then the dresser it took me 2 hours and I did it by myself ( it says you need two people in the directions). I am female and in my 50's and had no problem. It is heavy so you need help to carry it to it location in the room. I love the look of it and the quality is great. The drawer slides were metal, maybe this is something that they have changed as other reviews mentions they were plastic. I love the three pieces. the drawers are very roomy and sturdy so they hold a lot of clothes.

Very nice piece - more expensive looking than it really was! Nicely packed so no damage during shipping, but it did take awhile to assemble. I am not good at this kind of thing, however was able to figure it out from the directions. Love the color of the nightstand and feels sturdy.

I'd been shopping around for a modern styled nighstand for a few months through various sites and local stores in NYC. Some sites had good looking pieces but after seeing them in person, I was turned off by their quality for the price. I happened across this piece on Overstock and it was exactly what I was looking for! I was encouraged by the positive reviews and it so happened that the piece went on sale the weekend I was ready to pull the trigger. Wonderful how the universe works some times! The table came flatpacked, and was well packaged. None of the pieces were damaged in shipping, which was a relief as I've had headaches with furniture shipping before. The instructions were straight forward and every piece of the assembly was well packaged and protected, so there were no nagging little nicks or scraps to hide. Assembly itself was pretty straight forward. I used a power screwdriver to lead most screws in and turned the last twists by hand. The directions are easy to follow and every piece is clearly labeled to avoid any confusion. There are even some spare screws in case you lose any during the process. It took about an hour, hour and a half to build, but I had a movie on in the background and it was no big deal. The results were impressive! The piece is VERY solidly built, and definitely looks more expensive than the price. The drawer sits flush in the table and runs back and forth very smoothly on its runners. Now I just feel like I need to spruce up the rest of the furniture in my bedroom to match it! Might have to give the rest of the Axiom line a look...

The assembly is fun and does not take that long. The picture is spot on. It is a high quality product for a great price. I purchased two of these, the large Axium dresser, and the Favela Beige Linen Bed for my bedroom. They all look perfect together.

I love these nightstands! Best quality I have found anywhere. Very impressed. Arrived in perfect condition and look amazing. Real quality wood is hard to come by and these are it! There are some holes that aren't pre-drilled for the bottom piece but other than that it was not bad to put together at all! I am very anal about my items and I am impressed for sure! Buy it!

Purchased this nightstand as it was recommended to go well with the Riva Bed Frame. Overall satisfied with the purchase. This is an ok quality nightstand at a good price. It came in well packaged and with no noticeable defects. It was easy to put together and looks good. Just purchased the Axium dresser to complete my 3 year old daughter's room.

Excellent product- sturdy, durable, and looks fantastic. Be prepared for an involved assembly process- not difficult, just time-consuming. (If you order two, the second build moves much more quickly.)

I bought two night stands for a guest bedroom. The style is what i was looking for and the price was quite reasonable. Shipping was amazingly fast and i think they arrived in 3-4 days. Delivery by UPS was simple, boxes were in great condition. The driver did comment that I was lucky as most of the boxes from overstock get beat up on delivery. Perhaps that's more a UPS problem.... Packaging is really superb and well insulated with packing foam. Even if a big gouge in the shipping happened the materials would be fine. Assembly too about an hour for the 1st and about 30-45 min for the second. The directions are quite simplistic and straight forward. Every piece is packaged separately and labeled. It just takes time, so read the instructions and grab the right screw. All the predrilled holes lined up and each nightstand fit together well. Overall the furniture piece has a much better heft and feel than any "pre assembled" piece I've put together. I really like it.
