Customer Reviews
This simply doesn't fit right. It will only fit a standard design sofa. Pretty design but the stripes make the fit look worse b/c it shows the ill fit even more!

I am extremely impressed by the quality of this slipcover, which is of solid, weighty material (like a heavy cotton duck) with sharp print and top-quality workmanship. I ordered two; one for a traditional 'fat armed' cushy sofa and one for an older, very tough-to-fit 'skinny armed' harder-cushioned sofa. The cover fit the cushy sofa like a dream and in mere minutes. The ties not only add welcome visual punctuation, they help secure the best fit possible. It's tough to tell this is a cover and not the actual upholstery. I had to work a good deal harder to get a crisp fit on the cranky, skinny old sofa, but that is the fault of the sofa, not the cover. I've tried several other covers on that old thing and this is the first cover that I have been able to make hang well. (Creative use of the ties was my secret to making that fit work). The two sofas are together in one room and look fresh and crisp. I have had these covers on for about a month now, using the sofas daily, and they look brand new with just a quick tuck-in even after a lot of use. And the colors on the Overstock site were true--the red is what I would call a rather "brick" red, with no pink/purple/cherry tones and the background is a very light ivory--not snow white, but not beige or khaki either. I have them in a room with abundant white trim/mantels and window treatments and the ivory background integrates very well.
