hopeless for dry climate This is the second dryer with the same problem. The drum doesn't spin. I returned the first one but the the 'new' one was exactly the same. I assume this product was made in a humid Chinese factory and the belt just doesn't work in a dry western climate. Now I must either return it for a third dryer (isn't the definition of "insanity" repeating the same behavior and expecting different results?), ask for a refund, or open up the back and try to retension the belt myself. All bad choices. Run! Don't buy this!
