This electric fireplace is truly the best purchase that I have ever made at Overstock! I am impressed with both the quality and serviceability of this product. It is used to heat an area over my garage that measures 14'x17' which has 2 vents that are located at the furthest point from the gas furnace (so, it's always cool in winter). Typically, I would run 2 heaters to supplement the gas ..... but, this one fireplace seems to do the job! Not only does it look fabulous, it heats like a dream! I could not be more satisfied with this purchase.The assembly was tricky. SEI had to be consulted, but they were very willing to help and the end result was perfect!!!

Beautifully packaged - arrived with no damage, wonderful appearance, great value!! Assembly was a bit frustrating - but I did put it together by myself in about 2 hours. Highly recommend!!

This fireplace is beautiful - it's absolutely as described and pictured. This is my first time ordering from Overstock.com but my husband and I are very impressed - both with the shipping and also the value for the money. We'll definitely be ordering again.

This fireplace is wonderful! The wood is a beautiful mahonagy color and the detail is very pretty. It heats the entire basement rec room and we have had to turn down the upstairs thermostat a few degrees. It took some time to figure out the initial assembly, but once we got it, the mantel went together without problem. The flame and embers are as close to realistic as can be expected. We wonder if we will ever light our real fireplace again. The fireplace has become the focal point of our rec room. I have a friend who is going to buy one after seeing mine!

I was surprised to receive the fireplace so soon after placing my order, especially since shipping cost is only $1.00. It was easy to assemble, my husband did it in under an hour. The workmanship is excellent, much better than I expected. The fireplace is elegant and looks great in my living room. It works perfectly and is a great value for the price. Thanks Overstock.com

This is a beautiful fireplace, and it arrived so fast! My kids are so impressed with this, especially the 3 year old. It is going to be so fun to have a working fireplace in our master suite Christmas Eve!I love the way it looks, and the gel fuel crackles like a real fire. The only down sides are the fact that from close up you can see the top of the fuel cans slightly. Also, my husband was putting it together and the bottom piece of the hearth had no pre-drilled holes to set the assembly on. One phone call to the manufacturer took care of the problem though, and the customer service reps were friendly and apologetic. They sent out a new piece right away.

IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL, WORKS FINE, BUT NOT EVEN IN THE SMALL PRINT DID I FIND ANY TYPE OF WARRANTY. IT IS ALWAYS A PLEASURE SHOPPING WITH YOU

This fireplace hit the spot in our new/old home that does not and cannot have a working fireplace. Looks very rich and heats up the room nicely. My husband and I assembled it in about an hour.

I had ordered this fireplace from Overstock just last week and it arrived very promptly. I was impressed with that. Then when it arrived, it came in two boxes, which made it easy for me to transport in my pickup. I got the boxes home and in one evening got the fireplace assembled and it came out very nice! On assembly I did have a some difficulty but I got the hang of it and was able to continue and complete the job in one evening (and I'm a female). :^) The fireplace is solid wood with a beautiful mahogony color. The carving on the panels are lovely. I am very happy with the fire glow in the firebox. I'm also happy that I can either just look at the flames wihout heat or have the option to turn on the heater for the feel of a fireplace. This fireplace really "made" the living room. I'm happy with this purchase.
