I looked for several weeks for a full size bed to replace the bed in my son's room now that he has moved to his own apartment. This bed is well made, sturdy and beautifully finished. It arrived quickly and took me (by myself) about 30 minutes to assemble. The new mattress and box spring fit perfectly. The footboard is substantial, but not too high for the room. NOTE--the hardware was split between the headboard/footboard box and the metal slats/legs/supports box. I started to panic when I thought I didn't have all of the bolts/nuts/washers, until I opened the second box and realized that there was another package. Whew.

The Audrey full size bed was a great purchase. It is a very nice-looking bed and doesn't overwhelm the room ,which is exactly what I wanted as it is not a very large bedroom. The headboard and footboard are very well made and I love the hammered look of the metal. It's a great color too! Putting the bed together was fairly easy although I cannot imagine doing it alone. It makes it much easier if there are two people to assemble it. Again, a great purchase.

It arrived very quickly, and was easy to assemble. I bought this for my daughter, and it looks great in her room. It was very sturdy and easy to put together. It was my first purchase from Overstock, and I will be shopping here again!

We bought the full-size version and were pleasantly surprised to see four metal slats for the mattress and box spring to sit on, all with a center support. Easy to put together and it looks nice in our guest bedroom.

I first thought the boxes would be huge -- not at all brought them in from the garage alone, I opened all the boxes and thought ok! WOW this I will never put all these pieces together! It was a breeze!!! It takes two people so my best friend and I did it (only because someone has to move the mattresses onto it and hold the headboard while the other screwed the pieces. Nice finish on the bed/ sturdy! This was an awesome buy -- just the price I wanted to pay and the perfect look! Don't hesitate to buy this if a metal bed is what you need!

I am so pleased with this bed! I love it! I put it together myself, which says so much since I'm not handy. It's substantial and very good looking. What an awesome price! This bed exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a bed that I could assemble easily by myself, and something that was more "open" and wouldn't make the room look as full and cluttered as a solid-wood bed frame would. I liked this because it was simple, but still pretty. It arrived in two boxes, and I was a little worried that I might not be able to assemble it, but I got it put together in about an hour-and-a-half. I would recommend having someone to help when attaching the bed rails to the frame - I had to prop it up on stacks of books, and it kept sliding off, so a little help would definitely come in handy. But it can be done solo, if needed - I did it by myself, and overall it is a relatively simple assembly. No tools are needed - what you need to assemble it is all included, which made it even easier. Everyone who has seen it has commented how nice it looks. It's simple, attractive and functional. For the money, it's got my vote! (And I'm writing this review because before I made the purchased, I looked through the reviews, and found them very helpful to me in making my final buying decision.)

This is the second time I have purchased this bed. I bought a queen a few years ago, but have now downsized. I liked the queen bed so much I decided to order it in full size for my new home. It is very sturdy and easy to assemble (I put together the queen one with my 8 year old for help in holding the frame up for me). We bounced around a bit to test it and there were no squeaks or shakiness. I like the dark bronze color and the slightly rustic look very much. I also like that the frame is not overwhelming for a smaller bedroom. It is really very nice. Everything came well packaged, all parts were included and it went together without any trouble. The finish has no flaws at all due to how well it was padded and packaged. This goes for both the queen and the full bed I purchased...both arrived in perfect condition.

To say that my husband was skeptical of my purchasing a bed online is an understatement. However, it appeared to be exactly what I needed for a small room—feminine lines and small enough as to not overpower the room. My husband is an experienced mechanic on several fronts and has a background as an airplane mechanic. He was impressed at how well it was packed. As he was assembling the bed, he began to remark about the flawless welding, and by the time he had completed the assembly, he was amazed at how well it is made, how sturdy it is, and how easy it was to assemble. The bed even has four posts that attach to the center of the slats to prevent the mattress from sagging. He’s been telling all our friends about my find at Overstock. I am so pleased with the bed that I can recommend it without hesitation!! What an outstanding bed at any price. One cannot go wrong with this purchase.

Good bed for the money. The support legs underneath the center slats have slid sideways and no longer support the slats- there has been slight sagging. It has not been a real issue to this point. One day I'll slide the mattress and box spring off and fix it but it's not interfering with my sleep right now. Bed slides across the hardwood floor easily, this can be both funny and annoying. It looks great.

I'm so glad I found this bed frame! I was in the market for a new one since I recently moved to a new apartment and my old frame had given up the ghost. I found this and also had a 10% off coupon so I figured I'd go for it. The bed shipped fairly quickly, and assembling it only took an hour with help from my girlfriend. It's solid, it matches my other furniture, and I haven't had issues with it being creaky or anything (and I tested it by doing a running jump onto the mattress once it was set up, and since it didn't collapse I'd say it's just fine). Overall, I'm happy both with the product and the delivery.

The bed arrived probably a week after we ordered it..which for free shipping you cant complain! The bed was pretty easy to put together (my husband did it and he is not the biggest handyman lol). It is very sturdy and solid. It is also very classy looking. We love it!

Not being a "put it together" person, I was a bit apprehensive. Getting two boxes of parts furthered my concern. However, after separating the parts, I had the bed together within an hour and by myself. The instructions are very specific and both written and with pictures showing each piece and how it fits together. Everything was so well packed in the boxes, it actually took longer just to unpack the boxes. I love the simplicity of the look of the bed but it's very sturdy and well made as well. Great experience.

I have not put this bed up yet we had some unexpected company in the middle of redoing this bedroom and then my husband had a slight stroke and was in the hospital and haven't gotten around to finishing the bedroom but bed is out of box and will be perfect in the room

I love the finished product, but I read it takes about 45min., well it took two people almost 90 min. to 2 hours from tearing the product out of the boxes, cutting off the bubble wrap, making sure we had the right parts even though the directions were somewhat cohesive....takes a little longer than I would have liked, but they include all the tools....for heaven sakes, it's the 21st century and there shouldn't be a ton of parts...back in the 20th Century, beds were headboard, footboard with two bars that interlocked, and slats that were laid across the bed. The finished bed is nice..but figure out an easier, faster way to assemble.
