This looked like it would be great for a guys room. After it arrived it was more elegant with different patterns on the stripes. I think it shows to be a little more feminine, but very beautiful! I would absolutely recommend this to everyone.
The bedding set is great value for money. I bought it for my spare bedroom and it looks great in there. A couple of things: The sheets are pale green, not cream as it looks in the picture. Also they have a slight flowery pattern on them, as does the dark brown material on the comforter. So they do go with the comforter, contrary to what another reviewer said. Sheets are not the greatest quality, but for a spare room I don't care. They washed well. The comforter and shams are exceptionally made. Only drawback here is that the shams are dry clean only, which is slightly annoying for pillow shams, as I would prefer to be able to wash them myself. But overall, very happy with the purchase.
I loved this set! The product looks much better on the bed than in the picture. I have had many positive comments on the set. My only issue is that I would like to have matching window coverings of some sort, but can't find any in this style.
This bed in a bag set had a couple of snags in the conforter when I took it out of the package. I went ahead and kept it because I didn't want the hastle of a return and because it's in the extra bedroom and is hardly used at this time. I also encourage the buyer to look at the description, not the picture. I thought from the look of the pic that it was a winter spread, but it turned out being light and very sheen...my fault this time.
I was very suprised at the quality of bedding I received...I had gotten it on sale and expected something of somewhat poor quality but what I received was a well made set. I think it is very attractive with it's sharp colors and though it isn't the softest thing I have ever purchased it is quite comfortable and smooth. I have already recommended that my sister purchase one as well.
