This couch seems to be made of nice leather, but it arrives in 12 pieces, which I have spent more than six hours trying to put together. Some of the holes are not lined up properly, which makes it impossible to attach certain pieces together. Generally, I would seriously avoid this couch unless you have someone who is extremely handy who can put it together. If I can't get it together pretty soon, I'm just going to return it!

This couch is beautiful to look at. With that being said, it is VERY uncomfortable, a bear to put together--took 2 very able bodied men 7 hours--and was MADE IN CHINA!!! I've never heard of good quality Italian leather coming from China!! It was too expensive to send back at approximately $500 w/the matching chair, so it was a very valuable lesson. However, as usual, Overstock was expedient in delivering. I just wish they'd put where an item is made and by whom in their listings. Please consider this Overstock.

We were so delighted to order a beautiful leather couch. What started as a dream couch is now a living nightmare. Overstock sent us the 7 box couch in 2 shipments, the quality and color of the leather is great. The problem is that the INCORRECT HARDWARE TO ASSEMBLE (the screws were the wrong size) was sent to us, we called right away to report and resolve the problem. We were assured that they would do all they could to fix the situation. 5 days passed from our phone call to Overstock before getting a form email that promised a solution in the next 2 to 4 business days. On the 5th business day after the form email and after sending an email complaining about lack of response, we were informed via email that the hardware was overnighted to us. Today upon inspection of the sent hardware-- they sent only 4 of the necessary 20 screws. If it weren't for my husband I would have sent the whole thing back. He is off to HomeDepot to find a work around. Spend a little more and get a couch that is already assembled.

This couch came in many boxes without instructions. It made assembly a challenge, but rewarding once that was completed. The leather is great!! It looks just like the picture. Back cushions are soft and fluffy while the bottom cushions are firmer for support. Beautiful, but a bear to get together.

I read the reviews about the installation of this couch and I decided to go ahead and buy it anyway. I was glad I did. It does take you some time to install....no doubt about it, but I don't consider myself any great "handyman", and I did it myself overall in about 3 hours... If you take your time and follow the directions, it's pretty straight forward... And compare this to the price of buying this couch at a furntiure store.....all I can say is it is a pretty great deal!

The loveseat, chair, and ottoman look lovely and were a little misaligned, but workable. The sofa however, is sitting in my den apart, completely misaligned, and totally unusable. Never buy furniture that comes in multiple boxes and needs assembly. I certainly learned a rather expensive lesson...my dog has lovely leather cushions for his bed.

This couch did arrive in 7 boxes and required assembly, but it only took me 2-3 hours and was not very difficult... it had very easy to follow instructions with it and only one screw hole was misaligned a little, ther others were all fine. It's a beautiful, comfortable couch and I love it!!!

Enlist the help of a (very) handyman for this assembly. You will need at least two people. Four of the bolts were too short and I had to go to the hardware store to buy longer ones. Several pieces did not line up easily and we had difficulty getting them to fit together. Now that it's together, it is all I expected - very solid and very comfortable.

The leather is cheap and deceitful . It peeling all over ad is starting to crack. It is not real leather but more like ground up leather sprayed on a light tan base of another material. . It is as thin as a cigarette paper; A $$$$ bust. I subsequently purchased two Leather chairs of the same material and am experiencing the same problem. I will never again purchase another leather product

I like the size and look and feel of this couch, but I have to fluff the cushions just about every week or two. They flatten out like a bed pillow just by sitting on them. The couch ends up feeling rubbery when all the down feathers get tamped down. It's become quite annoying and I am likely going to sell this couch when I get around to it. But then again, I've had it for about 4 years now. Either way, it is comfortable and fluffy for about 2 days at a time until I have to take every cushion off and re-smash every one of them to make it the couch it's supposed to be. Very annoying.

This sofa is very nice looking. The leather is great quality and the size is perfect. The assembly on the product however proved to be a little challenging as most of the pieces did not line up perfectly. Once it was together, I was much happier with it!
