Product Good, Shipping Info Bad, Communication Bad
The couches were as expected for an overseas product, however, the shipping information provided, meaning the tracking number, was only good from the manufacturer to a shipping company, O.com did not provide a real tracking number, I had no way of knowing when they would be delivered until the day before when some other trucking company called stating delivery would be the next day. It is hard to take a day off of work with such short notice. The tracking number provided changed est. delivery dates every day, then posted deliverd, which was accurate, they were deliverd to the trucking company, when calling O.com, they couldn't help figure out where the couches where. Also, the couches needed complete assembly with no paper directions, good times!
