It is not too small
 from Goleta,CA,  Sep 1, 2007

I thought it might be too small. It's not. Its depth and lack of a center divider more than make up for its size. It frees up more counter space, which is what you want to see anyways when you have something like granite. It looks great, although the picture makes it look darker than it is. Only complaint is that I saw a scratch after cleaning my frying pan after the very first time I used it. I'm sure more are to come though, can't expect it to look flawless all the time... Sound is not an issue at all. Its a pretty simple and very nice sink.

Great quality sink
from Fishkill, NY,  Oct 17, 2011

My kitchen designer said a stainless steel sink "is all about the gauge" -- and this one has it. It is a high quality sink at a great price. I am very happy with this sink as it fit in my location and has a unique color. I'm very pleased.

  • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? not able to say
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. very high
  • How accurate was the on site description of the product? excellent

Excellent sink!
from New England (CT),  Jun 22, 2010

We have had this sink for almost 2 years now. It is deep, stylish, easy to clean and looks great. We have had corian sinks and also kolher cast iron sinks. This stainless sink is the BEST one - no staining, no scratches, no chipping like cast iron, no worries with hot water - just a great undermount sink.

Great sink!
from South Bend, IN,  Jan 31, 2009

Amazing value on this sink - much nicer than anything available at local big box stores and has restaurant kitchen quality. It's deeper than I envisioned it, but that ends up being great for big pots and pans. Would highly recommend for a kitchen with limited area available for sink.

Nice undermount sink
 from Ohio,  Dec 3, 2008

This sink looks great in our new countertop. I am very pleased with the quality. The sink is VERY deep which is great. I just wish it were a couple of inches wider, but it seems like nobody makes a 26 inch wide sink (for a 28 inch cabinet). Very pleased with the purchase.

Artisan undercounter sink
from Windsor, Ct,  Nov 1, 2008

Love my new stainless steel sink. I was concerned about the color and finish of the sink, but there was no need. Just a bad picture on the site. Also thanks for the very fast delivery --- came sooner than expected. Even tho I missed the free delivery special, I didn't mind paying your delivery charges, they are so much more fair than other sites.

Great sink
from San Francisco, CA,  Aug 16, 2008

This is a beautiful, well-built sink. It lived up to all the previous reviews (and it is thicker guage steel than the product description states, as other reviewers noted). It looks great with our stainless steel appliances and new quartz counters. Love it. The only caution about buying a deep sink like this is that it does take away from storage space in the cabinet under the sink.

Perfect sink!
from White Plains, NY,  Aug 16, 2008

I love this sink. It is very deep and fits well in our galley style kitchen. We have received many compliments on it and our friends can't believe how much it was because it looks so expensive. Even our plumber was impressed! The only thing is it does not come with the sink drain pieces so you will have to get those separately. Our plumber was able to provide the pieces for us.

GREAT SINK FOR THE $$$

Artisan Undermount Sink
from Bay Area, CA,  May 13, 2008

Great stainless steel sink at a great price. Who could ask for more? We replaced our white cast iron sink with this sink. We've had this sink for 6 months now and the only maintenance we've done is wipe it down with a paper towel when we feel like it. It still looks great!

Top Value
from Pittsfield, Ma.,  May 11, 2008

This beautiful undermount sink was installed by my granite counter top guys. They commented on the quality and when I told them the price they were even more astounded!!! So far so good with the sink. I thought it might be a little small when it first arrived as it is being used as my primary sink but it is more than big enough for any item I put in it. The depth is fantastic as well.

Measure first!!
from Portland OR,  Apr 21, 2008

Nothing at all wrong with the sink itself, it's great - but on hindsight, it would have been better to go with the more shallow sink. We had not thought through the plumbing issue of installing a 9" sink when we previously had a 7" sink. By the time we figured it out, we were too far into the project to switch. We haven't received the bill yet, but it will probably be at least $300 extra in plumbing expenses to lower the drain. Also, with the deeper sink, you have to bend over more to reach the bottom of the sink when scrubbing dishes. Maybe this is a classic less-is-more situation.

Why pay more?????
from Towson, MD,  Mar 31, 2008

This Artisan sink is the exact same model available at upscale retail stores and specialty kitchen/bath re-modelers. BUT if you purchase this sink from a retail store or specialty kitchen/bath place you would pay 1/3 more! It's a high-quality US-made sink shipped strait from the factory in the factory box with template and attachment hardware included. Great deal.

Beautiful sink
from Seattle, WA,  Mar 11, 2008

We have yet to install the sink, however by all appearance it is beautiful. I love the depth. My large pans with handles fit, hooray. The price was right, especially after I spent many hours looking at sinks that were double the price.

undermount sink
 from Texas,  Feb 22, 2008

I have been extremely pleased with this sink. It is the perfect size for my new countertops and looks amazing with the new green granite. I have been especially pleased with the depth as I can put even a big stock pot in the sink and wash with ease. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants a high class look at a great value!

Great Sink
from Apex, NC,  Feb 18, 2008

Greatly enhances the Granite counter top we got installed. Gained about 10" of counter space without reducing the functionality. We don't even miss the two bowl 5" sink that we previously had.

love it!
 Feb 16, 2008

Very nice sink. The counter top installer did mention that he had heard of people's undermounted deap sinks coming loose and falling. He said that it was only an issue if the sinks were affixed using poor quality glues, and the home-owner filled them with water and heavy items like crock pots. It never occured to me that an undermounted sink could fall, but it does seem wise to let a pro install it for this reason. This is a deep sink, and it will hold a lot of water. Also, the plumber noted that the garbage disposal will sit very low in the under sink cabinet because the sink is so deep. This is not a problem with my standard sized cabinet, but could be for someone installing shorter base cabinetry.
