Artic Ice 5-light Bath/ Vanity with Satin Nickel

I paid $$$ for this light and it was a nightmare from the time it arrived. My husband was putting it together when he realized that the front piece of glass on all three lights had the wrong mounting holes in them-there were only two mounting screw and three holes so the holes didn't line up with the screws. I went back and forth with customer service about getting the proper replacement glass from the manufacturer and was told that they didn't have the stock to send replacement glass but they would send a new replacement light and we would have to send back the one with the wrong pieces. Fine. A hassle for sure, but fine. Then a box of replacement glass shows up on my porch a week later. I contact customer service who informed me that there was a miscommunication and that a replacement light has already been sent-I will have to send it back once it arrives. Ridiculous! Then we finally get the dang thing put together the glass doesn't even mount securely! Because you can't tighten the screws completely the pieces don't all come together properly once mounted. It is pretty and gives off a lot of light but it was NOT worth the time or money we invested. Disappointed!!
