Does this product have to be placed on cement or can it be just on level dirt? Does it need to be anchored?

Answer This Question
The Concord shed can be placed on level ground, on a wooden platform or on a cement slab.
If the shed outer based is not screwed down (using customer supplied screws) into the wood or attached to a new or pre-existing slab using concrete anchor bolts, then it must be anchored using directly into the ground using earth screw augers and cabling that can be ordered from Arrow as an accessory.

This building does not come with a floor, the floor frame kit that fits this building is FB1014-A you would have to purchase the actual flooring for the building on your own. The FB1014 is just a frame kit for the flooring.
