I order this table for my entry way and I love it! It's very sturdy, heavy, and well made. This exceeded my expectations for the price. The only down fall is its a little tedious to put together but well worth. I can't get over the quality for the price. I highly recommend this product!!!!

My husband and I were able to put this table together in a couple of hours. It defintiely needs two people. The directions were pretty clear and the final product is great. We have this in our foyer and it matches perfectly with the dark wood frame of the picture right above it. I put some quirky colorful knobs and now we have a bit of a show piece. love it.

This is a great console table. The wood is solid and well made. Not like a cheap veneer. It's a very nice sturdy peice of furniture that looks great in my front entry. It's also very functional having the drawers to store my mail, dog leash and keys, while displaying the beautiful items on top. Exactly what I was looking for at a good price.

Just a lovely piece of furniture. Everyone that see it said they loved it. It took some time to put together, But, the plans and instructions were good and in less then an hour I had it all together. Great piece for the price.

The product itself looks great - the color was true to what I expected (dark brown), it's sturdy and all the pieces were in the box. It arrived almost a week earlier than promised, which I liked. As other reviewers stated, it takes some assembly and a drill for the screws is pretty much essential (I couldn't even do it manually.) Easiest method of assembling: Invite a man over to "borrow" his electric drill/screwdriver. Have all the pieces spread around your living room. When he offers to help, take it ("Oh, just a little bit, I'm sure I'll be fine"). Spend the next two hours "helping," primarily by bringing him cold drinks. Voila! [Works best for single ladies.] In all seriousness, I am a generally handy woman (I would have eventually gotten through it myself), but this was definitely a solid few hours of assembly. Certainly follow the directions ("we" had to backtrack at least once by not following them exactly.) It was good to have two people, though I think one handy person could pull it off with some propping. It looked great in the end and was much cheaper than buying a similar version pre-assembled in the store. Very happy with it. And thank you again, John!

The console arrived in two packages. The wood and glass came in great condition - no scuffs or scratches. The drawers don't open easily, but that's due to assembly. I'll try again next week to adjust the guides and see if that fixes it. It's a good looking console with a lot of versatility.

There was an overwhelming number of pieces, and i would highly recommend using a drill to screw in the screws, but the directions were spot on, easy to read, and this was together in less than an hour! Very sturdy and perfect to use for an entertainment center.

I have been looking for a sofa table to set below some large artwork, and I came upon this table and noticed it was the same manufacturer as the end table I purchased 2 years ago. It was also the same style, I love it! The assembly was a little dicey for me, once again it had to do with the directions for the drawer railings. It just seems to me that the directions are backwards, but I'm sure it was operator error. The exact same thing happened when I assembled the end table, so I thought I had it figured out. My brother-in-law happened to come over at that last stage of assembly, and he figured it out in 2 seconds. Once again, it was operator error! But, the finished table is beautiful and I get lots of compliments on it! We love it and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a sofa table! The picture does the table justice!

I bought this table for my hallway. The wood matches the wood on the big picture frames. My grandsons, 12, 11 10 noticed it immediately and said Cool Awesome. Kids that age don't usually notice things like that, especially boys.

I purchased this console to place against the wall and slide two footstools under. The color is true to the on site depiction which means it matched my items perfectly. I assembled it by myself even though the directions tell you to have two people when putting it together. Definitely am recommending this product.

I have had this and have been using this for a long time now. I am still in love with this table. The quality is awesome and I get lots of compliments on its style. I would buy this again and again if it weren't weird to have the same exact piece throughout my house!!! This is one of my favorite purchases from Overstock and it was a bargain for what you get!

looks great in my foyer but we had trouble assembling as the shelf under the glass had misaligned holes to fit into one side of the table. We were very pleased with Overstock customer service though as they sent us a replacement part so it worked out great!

So impressed with this table! Ordering online, I was worried it might end up looking and feeling like cheapo furniture. Definitely not! Solid, high quality, and looks great with our other Room & Board furniture. Also, not sure what all the fuss is about with the assembly ... it took about 90 minutes, but really wasn't that bad at all.

I love this table. It is beautiful and very high end looking. Well packaged, prompt delivery. Unfortunately I needed an espresso stain tone (dark brown with bit of black), but this stain was completely black. No brown tone in it at all. I would have loved to keep it but sadly doesn't go with my décor. Customer service did an excellent job and the table was picked up for return the very next day. If you are considering this table and the black stain works with your décor don't hesitate to purchase this fine console. You won't be disappointed.
