I bought 2 of these toilets and I am pleased with my purchase. They are very attractive, efficient, and flush well. Initially the plumber could not figure out how to install them as they do not "mount" to the floor by bolts. Instead, they are glued with silicone which he had never done before. But, this type of mount gives that sleek clean modern look. So far so good. They seem to be holding just fine. The only problem I had was one of the flusher cartridges needed to be replaced which my plumber had on hand. I agree with the former reviewer that the instructions are not good. They even show a picture of a toilet that actually has a floor mount instead of a flush mount like this one has. They flush better than all the other toilets in my home.

Garbage. The company (importer, not "O") did not even return e-mails or phonecalls. Lack of proper installation instructions. NO customer support, very poor quality!!!!!
