Ariel 'Bianca' Dual Flush Toilet

First, let me say that the service from Overstock was second to none. They were amazing. I needed this thing in a hurry and they made it happen. Their customer service was outstanding and I will definitely use them in the future for various things. But now onto this toilet. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I had two plumbers throw up their hands in despair, and I ended up cutting my hand trying to install the floor bolts, nearly broke my wrist, and aged about 10 years. There is not accessibility for the mounting bolts. None. Let me make this clear. You would need the flexibility of Gumby, the arm and hand size of a six year old and the strength of a retarded chimpanzee along with tools that NASA would envy ... all to try to get two floor bolts in place. How hard would it have been to create a couple of access panels here? A little engineering please. The toilet is beautiful, but I'll bet the one in the picture has been set in place, not installed. Add to this the fact that the hole in the bottom sits at a non-standard center, so if you're thinking of simply replacing a conventional toilet with this thing, think again. We had to cut into the wall to have the correct amount of set back. I finally gave up, but the few turns I was able to get on the bolts were impossible to undo, so I ended up taking a sledge hammer to the damn thing to get it out of my life once and for all. If you are thinking about this toilet, buy it at your own risk. I'm not exaggerating anything that I have said. STRONG RECOMMENDATION - DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. You've been warned.
