When I bought this there weren't any reviews so I took a chance. I have to say I love it! The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the handheld hose broke after only a few uses, but it was easy and inexpensive to replace. You can use each of the 4 positions alone or turn the knob in between to use any two together. I always use the rainshower and body jets together. I had this professionally installed in my new granite shower but it appears to be intended for surface mount in any shower.
