I love the steam unit and the massage jets but the unit is flimsy in construction. Parts fall off as you are using it. The foot massage attachment fall when you brush against it. If it lands on your toes you won't like it. I had to hire 3 workers to assemble the unit. Instructions for assembly are in the form of a DVD. Not a good quality how too do video. The guys had to watch it 10 times to make it through the entire assembly. The tracks for the glass doors fail to secure the doors on the bottom. I won't let my children use it, I fear they could dislodge the doors completely. Big mistake buying this unit.

came with a poor cd for putting unit together, size is larger than stated. NO manual for working anything. do not even think about buying this unit.

I bought this shower in February of 2008. It is poorly constructed. A lot of the pieces are cheap plastic construction. The soap dish broke within a week of installation and the the piece where the shower head attaches. There is another piece at the bottom of the shower head rail that every time I bump it, it falls off. The places to put the shampoo bottles look like stainlesss steel or metal but are also cheap plastic. The steamless mirror is not so steamless. It is also very hard to step into without steps. Wow,.. what a big mistake and disappointment considering all the money we put into making our new bathroom beautiful. You have to go through the manufacturer to get replacement parts.They happened to be very nice, but I can not recommend this unit.
