After two Huge crates arrived at our home, the fun began. Everything was packaged tightly and carefully. We had a very difficult time getting the bottom unit into the new bathroom because of a right hand turn off the hallway. Measure carefully before deciding on the Biggest UNIT!!! (we took doorframes off completely and still had to remove the front cover on the tub).You will need extra room to put this together in place. THIS THING IS BIG! I also recommend three people to put this together as the extra hands help in alignment.Single hole in the floor to place drain tubing exactly as the plans show. (This scared our plumber to death) Easily hooked up to existing sewage drain.My only complaint is that the whole thing is HUGE.You can comfortably shower with Two adults. Passing the shampoo is actually a reach. Our water bill has increase,but worth It. Installation was relatively easy compared to any other shower install and Much easier than anything close with tile!Bottom line, if you have the room and are renewing your bathroom. you will like this shower.

This combo corner shower saved us a ton of money and space in our master bath. It came well packed and was installed by my contractor. He said it took him 1.5 hours to put it together. The plumber was a little leary, but was a convert in the end. It arrived ahead of overstock's schedule and dealing with this company was way too easy!! They were great! Rub and dub!

I bought this steam shower about a year age, It was delivered in one week. It was for a new room The plumber installed it. We really didn't get to use it for about 3 months till the room was finished. We love it. We couldn't be happier with it.It looks great . The radio is a little "tinny" like a cheap radio, but other than that it is great.
