This was a REAL challenge to put together. The directions weren't much help and the cd showed them assembling it but not in any detail that really helped! After we got it installed, we had a few issues to work out with the plumbing, but it's GREAT. I love the overhead downfall and the handheld shower was a plus, also the messaging shower jets are wonderful. After all is worked out, this is going to be a super shower that we will love using! The ozonator is a great feature too. Overall, I'd say we are very pleased with this, just wish is was easier to assemble.
