Steam shower was as shown on web-site, although there was more plastic than I thought there would be. It came with a DVD that showed how to assemble, but there were no verbal instructions. The brochure that came with the product was not well written, you could tell that there was a language barrier. The shower is in, one of the doors needs adjustment, but it runs well and looks great. The panels were heavy and it took two of us to assemble the pieces. It was delivered by an eighteen wheeler on a rural street and the truckdriver was nice enough to help us bring it up the driveway
For the price, this is an OK unit. It looks nice but the workmanship is "average" at best. As noted by others, the instructions were obviously translated and don't necessarily convey. They were also poor in general and lacked detail so some parts of assembly were hit/miss/hope. The handheld shower is pretty cheap as well. The quality of the door and its closure is poor--just a magnet on each side. This is a right hand open only-keep that in mind if you are place it in a corner. The unit is heavy, it will take two people to assemble. Take heed and SEAL EVERYTHING as suggested with the additional paperwork included with the item. This thing will leak if you don't seal it properly. Buy lots of silicone.Still, it looks cool--and the rainfall showerhead is wonderful. It met our needs at this price, but do not expect anything fabulous.
