We just received our sofa today and I'm very pleased. This is our first purchase from Overstock.com, so I was not sure what the outcome would be. Overall, it's been quite good.The sofa is very firm, which I like. My husband said he wishes it was softer, but I told him that it will probably soften. I was worried that since this is a faux leather upholstered product, there would be a vinyl off-gassing smell, but there is not any odor, The sofa looks much more expensive than I expected and it is easy to move the back from the seated to fully reclined position. Scale: we live in an apartment that has an open living area plan, so the scale seem appropriate. It is as sleek and streamlined looking as I had hoped.One thing I wish I had known/paid attention to: it comes delivered in 1 gigantic cardboard box and then a second cardboard box for the arms. The large box almost did not fit in our elevator, so definitely check your building's elevator dimensions if you live in a condo/apartment building.Caution: There is not much bubble wrapping between the cardboard and the sofa cover, so definitely do not use a box cutter to open the box or you might slash open your new sofa. Luckily, I was using scissors to open the box.Assembly: my husband did most of the assembly. It took him about 20 minutes. The directions were pretty straightforward.In general, we're happy with the sofa and looking forward to having it in our home~

good futon for the money!I've had a lot of friends sleep on it and they said it's unlike other sofa beds.

I purchased this sofa about a month ago and I love it. The padding is dense as the other reviews state, but it does soften with time. I have no problems sleeping on it. The only issue I had it is that it is very light and moves easily on a tile floor. I put a rug underneath it and problem solved. I recommend buying this sofa!!

This couch is everything I was looking for -great look, good price, comfortable to use. Overstock service was great -this is the first time I bought a major furniture item on line, and it turned out to be a great experience. Specific about the couch that you might find useful: If you do not like a firm mattress, you will not find it comfortable to sleep, but that's not a problem for me It's very comfortable as a firm couch, and easily converts into a bed The side arms are easy to install but, if you don't like the look of the arms, the couch is fully functional without them The leatherette material is nice and has a look of real leather

This sofa was wonderful! I am always wary of purchasing anything without first seeing/touching it. Overstock has consistently offered very high quality merchandise! We have also purchased a large area rug from Overstock and we were very pleased also. This sofa would not be good for you if you expect to use it for lounging around. The foam is much too dense to "lounge" on. Shipping was extremely fast also!
