This sofa was wonderful! I am always wary of purchasing anything without first seeing/touching it. Overstock has consistently offered very high quality merchandise! We have also purchased a large area rug from Overstock and we were very pleased also. This sofa would not be good for you if you expect to use it for lounging around. The foam is much too dense to "lounge" on. Shipping was extremely fast also!

This couch is everything I was looking for -great look, good price, comfortable to use. Specific about the couch that you might find useful: If you do not like a firm mattress, you will not find it comfortable to sleep, but that's not a problem for me It's very comfortable as a firm couch, and easily converts into a bed The side arms are easy to install but, if you don't like the look of the arms, the couch is fully functional without them The leatherette material is nice and has a look of real leather

Had been looking everywhere for a white modern convertible sofa. Sofa is of fantastic quality! Arrived in less than a week after placing the order. It was simple to assemble, but incredibly sturdy unlike other brands we've seen. The sofa fabric is durable - it has withstood my 3 year old so far - while the padding has just the right level of firmness.

I work in a small private hospital and we often have family members of our patients spending the night. We wanted something comfortable for them to crash on, and so we ordered one of these convertible sofa beds. So far everyone says this is comfortable for sitting or sleeping. It’s got easy to clean leatherette upholstery, which is great for a hospital, and it is a modern sofa sectional that fits our décor.

I couldn?t believe the price for this great leather sofa?and it converts into a bed, too. I bought it for my home office but it?s so pretty I decided to swap it with my old sofa. Now this piece is the basis for a whole transformation of my living room. I found a white leather chair to match it, along with a glass and chrome table. My apartment looks really upscale now.

Thank you for your review and warnings (see her review here if you are considering this couch). As for the couch itself, it's perfect! I was going for a club-like atmosphere in my apartment and this couch does it almost singlehandedly. Really beautiful looking, BIG, and the bed is perfect for overnight guests. Can't say enough about the quality of the product. It's also nice to get the assembly instructions and see just ONE PAGE and TWO STEPS! Right away you know this ain't no ikea couch. And $2.95 shipping for an 80 pound sofa? Come on. Overstock you spoil us!!! One other hint for anyone who gets this couch. My dog jumps up from time to time and gets paw prints on the material. Get yourself a few MAGIC ERASER sponges from the grocery store. Wet it a bit and wipe off any dirt in an instant. Really an amazing product that works perfectly with this amazing couch! I'm impressed with the quality, the price, the speed of shipping (about one week). Great first experience with Overstock and definitely won't be the last!

This modern sleep sofa is very stylish and comfortable. The only issue I had with it is that the warehouse damaged/cut the fabric on the bottom. It is true white and looks like real leather with a pebble grain and matte finish. I have not slept on it, but it is very comfortable to sit on. It looks perfect in my mid-century modern home. Enjoy!

I'm a single mom living in a small apartment who sleeps on the couch, so I needed a sofabed that would work well in a small space, look beautiful and feel comfortable all for a good price. This sofabed exceeded my expectations! It's classy, comfortable and of good quality. The assembly wasn't too bad even for a mechanically challenged gal like myself, although getting it out of that large box was a little difficult.Here are two things I wish I had known about this product: First, the screws for the arms are in the arms already. You have to take them out to attach the arms to the couch. I didn't know this, so I ordered more screws, thinking Overstock hadn't sent me enough. Second, it doesn't come with instructions on how to recline the couch. The back folds up just fine, but to get it to lay back again, you have to push the back forward. It's simple, but it took me awhile to figure that out.One last note: the foam of this couch is so sturdy that I can use the arms for a side table upon which to safely rest a drink. If you don't find firm mattresses comfortable, you may not like this couch if you're planning to get heavy use from it. However, I sleep on it every night, and it suits me just fine.This was my first purchase from Overstock, and I was very pleased with their service. The shipping was VERY fast. I will definitely use Overstock for future purchaes.

Everything i hoped for and more. Sleek, modern, sturdy and a perfect fit for our atrium room.Padding is a tad hard but it's a perfect futon and just really a dramatically clean looking piece of furniture. TOTALLY WORTH THE MONEY.

We just received our sofa today and I'm very pleased. This is our first purchase from Overstock.com, so I was not sure what the outcome would be. Overall, it's been quite good.The sofa is very firm, which I like. My husband said he wishes it was softer, but I told him that it will probably soften. I was worried that since this is a faux leather upholstered product, there would be a vinyl off-gassing smell, but there is not any odor, The sofa looks much more expensive than I expected and it is easy to move the back from the seated to fully reclined position. Scale: we live in an apartment that has an open living area plan, so the scale seem appropriate. It is as sleek and streamlined looking as I had hoped.One thing I wish I had known/paid attention to: it comes delivered in 1 gigantic cardboard box and then a second cardboard box for the arms. The large box almost did not fit in our elevator, so definitely check your building's elevator dimensions if you live in a condo/apartment building.Caution: There is not much bubble wrapping between the cardboard and the sofa cover, so definitely do not use a box cutter to open the box or you might slash open your new sofa. Luckily, I was using scissors to open the box.Assembly: my husband did most of the assembly. It took him about 20 minutes. The directions were pretty straightforward.In general, we're happy with the sofa and looking forward to having it in our home~

good futon for the money!I've had a lot of friends sleep on it and they said it's unlike other sofa beds.

I purchased this sofa about a month ago and I love it. The padding is dense as the other reviews state, but it does soften with time. I have no problems sleeping on it. The only issue I had it is that it is very light and moves easily on a tile floor. I put a rug underneath it and problem solved. I recommend buying this sofa!!
