Beautiful Tile!
I ordered nine boxes of this tile so I could re-do the floors in my small bathroom. The order was divided into two parts and I received three boxes earlier this week and six today. I opened all of the boxes and found that the first three looked to be a completely different product- they were all pure white with no veining and a sheen that looked like quartz. I can't even find this tile on o.co's site so I'm assuming the problem happened at the manufacturer. The other six boxes contained gorgeous, well packaged perfect tiles that I'm thrilled with. I contacted customer service and they are re-shipping three boxes to me with no return delivery fee. They were very easy to work with. Hopefully there are no issues with the re-order!
