While I would have liked to see a bit thicker material all around, I think this will be a great item for the several times a year I will be using this. I am quite concerned, however, about the thin plastic covers. I don't see any literature if they are replaceable, but can see that they may crack or break easily. Also the frame that holds the 3 pans in place is kind of flimsy feeling. I haven't used this item yet, so any of my concerns may just be that, concerns, and not be a problem in actual usage. I intend to find out as I know this will be very useful. Overall, for the price, I think I have a nice appliance.

This was just what I needed for our family's Thanksgiving Day celebration. I used it to serve my appetizers and the trays kept everything plenty warm. I later used it for keeping extra food warm during our actual dinner.

This was purchased as a gift, but so far the reports I get are all positive. Was looking for an electric griddle, and liked the feature of the warming tray.

The griddle was not as it appear. The quality was of a cheaper builted. It does perform ok, and the big surface in great, along with the warming tray.

Very satisfied with all but one aspect of the item; I am concerned over a "popping" noise/sound while the warming tray is being used. Hopefully, it's not dangerous. Had it not been for this anomaly, I'd have rated this item with five stars.

This is a great coffee maker. The coffee is very hot. Also, because of the slower drip, the coffee flavor is more intense. I love that it's programmable and each cup is good through the 2 hrs. it's on the warming tray. I highly recommend this coffee maker.

I am extremely satisfied with this product. I've only had it a short while but I've used it for toasting, baking and rotisserie cooking as well as warming. It has proven to be excellent in every respect. I especially like the ability to control the use of the upper and lower heating coils independently -- especially for the rotisserie. This is an extra control that I appreciate. I have not tried steaming in the grill and griddle tray but I believe this will also prove to be one of my favorites. I was pleasantly supprised to learn that the griddle tray was removable for cleaning. This should be pointed out in the description since I almost didn't buy this unit because I thought that this tray wasn't removable.

I am in love with the coffee maker! I heard other people say that a good coffee maker can make all the difference in the world and it does. The water heats hotter than any other maker I have had and the coffee is so fresh and tasty. The hot water dispenser is awesome, too! The only thing I wish it did have was an automatic brewing suspend before the pot is finished so you can grab that first cup! You can turn it off, wait about 30-45 seconds, then turn it on again, though. The water reservoir is a tight poor area, so you just need to pull the maker well away from under a cabinet to get it filled without dribbling. It also allows you to control the temp of the warming plate which is great! The hot water reservoir holds enough water for about 3 cups and the pull out tray at the bottom makes it easy to fill a travel mug. Highly recommend this appliance!

I had an electric griddle and gave it away when I moved to smaller place but fond myself needing one again in new bigger space. this one was priced right and good size. when I got it I was concerned by the plastic grease and warming trays like how they were going to heat up, metal would have made more sense. I cooked pancakes and bacon on it first morning for 10 people and when I was cleaning up I found the drip tray melted from grease and after several uses so did the warming tray. the griddle itself has a recessed trim that food drippings get stuck in, since its not to be submerged I went two more uses before I couldn't stand the crusty food and ran water all over it and used baby bottle scrub brush to get in the cracks. I let is dry and didn't use for quite awhile because I was afraid after getting it so wet. the griddle itself is great but cord is too short and with the melted trays which we now mold tin foil into every time I sort of hate the product and only use occasionally now

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this coffee maker! This is my 2nd Cuisinart (my other one still works like brand new after 8 years!). However, I wanted to get the best coffee maker I could find with the thermal caraf. It works wonderfully!!! I normally do not like to have more that 2 cups of coffee because it sits on a hot plate and starts to get a sharp or somewhat burned taste. This thermal container literally keeps the coffee warm and fresh ALL DAY!!! Please note that when pour your first cup right after brewing, it will be extremely hot! But, I can go back 12 hours later and have a cup of warm (not hot) coffee that still tastes as fresh as the first cup, just not as hot! I am going to buy one of these for my brother's lake house. The family sits on the screened in porch and has coffee every morning but we're always getting up to get more coffee. With a serving tray, you can take this thermal caraf, your sweetner/creamer, etc out on the porch and freshen our cups there -- until the pot runs out. :O) Then, it's time to brew another and by the way that doesn't take long either. My friends call me a 'coffe snobb'......so i think that anyone would be thrilled with the coffee maker. Yes, it difficult to see the level of water you're pouring in with the guide being on the side, but that is minor compared to how wonderful this appliance is! Thanks to all those who wrote reviews for this product, that is what helped me choose this one.

I wanted to find an inexpensive griddle with a large surface area and this one seemed to fit the bill. It heats up quickly and I can cook a whole package of bacon in probably 1/3 the time it was taking me with a conventional stove-top pan. The distribution of heat across the surface is not very even, but once you know where the hot spots are it's easy enough to manage by shifting the food around. There's a fair amount of plastic parts so there may be some durability issues in the long run, but so far it's functionally competent. The non-stick surface works as advertised and clean up is pretty straightforward. I have not yet tried the warming tray. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the product and its value for the money spent.

Package Contents and Unboxing: The hotdog roller and glass cover come in two different boxes. The hotdog roller looks exactly as in the picture. The glass cover is different. In the picture on the website it has a glass front and stainless steel sides. What was shipped has the glass front, but the sides are glass instead of stainless steel, and there is a strip of stainless across the top.. Which is fine with me, but it is different than the picture for whatever reason. Also the glass cover comes with three pieces, front glass, and two sides glasses. Along with four plastic clips, several screws, and a strip of right-angle stainless that goes along the length of the top. Again, that's fine. But what caused some frustration is that there are no instructions whatsoever on how to put the glass cover together, also no picture of what it was suppose to look like once assembled. I searched around on the internet, and found a picture of the completed glass cover assembly, so I figured it out. But at least a one page instruction sheet with a finished picture would have been a big help, rather than just a box full of pieces with no instructions. But again, all's well that end's well, once I figured out how to put it together. You have to put the three pieces of glass into the four plastic clips, hold the stainless strip across the top, then screw in the screws between the plastic clip, then screw into the roller itself. You kind of almost need three hands to do this, or the help of another person to hold it all together while you screw in the screws. Kind of hard to do alone, but doable. Quality of the unit: The power cord is a standard computer power cord. Which is nice because it can be completely unplugged and removed from the unit for storage. Also nice because if you where to lose the cord or damage it, you could just replace it with a standard computer power cable. The unit is completely wrapped in Stainless Steel. The stainless steel seems very generous and fairly heavy gauge. The rollers are also a fairly heavy gauge stainless. So it seems like this will hold up well under long term use, washing, and high heat. Drip tray is a heavy gauge stainless steel that is folded up along all four corners and has a nice lip for a handled to slide out and remove to clean. The drip tray is nice and thick. I was expecting a thin and flimsy drip tray, but the tray is nice, thick, and heavy grade stainless that should last a long time. Glass is fairly thick. Once assembled, the glass cover seems like it will take a good hit and not break. The two temperature knobs are nice and heavy gauge, and feel like good quality when turning dials. The power switch feels nice and good quality when clicking on and off, and lights red when turned on. Operation and Functionality. The unit gets really, really, hot fast when you turn the dial to maximum. It cooks hotdogs literally in about two minutes on maximum. You can also turn it to low and slow cook over about a half hour. Or all the way down to keep warm. There are also two banks of heaters with the two separates controls, so you can quick cook on one set of rollers and move them over to keep warm on another. The two independent knobs allow for unlimited possibilities from anywhere between keep warm, to slow cook, to super fast cooking, or anything in-between. Once unplugged, the unit cools down pretty quick for quick breakdown and storage. Cleanup. The unit is easy to clean, just remove and wash the drip tray, and wipe down the rollers, glass cover, and sides with a damp sponge. Overall. Nicely made product. All visible metal is heavy gauge stainless steel. Fairly thick glass. Nice knobs and switch. Gets hot fast. Cooks hotdogs super fast, slow, or keep warm, or anywhere in-between. Easy clean up. This unit was purchased for personal use, but seems high grade enough for even party rental use or convenience store use. It looks like you could probably run this roller all day long, day after day, and it would hold up well. Highly recommended.

I was in the market for a smaller oven to make the speciality breads that I make and this onw looked wonderful. I bought it, tons of features, a little cheeky when turning the dials, they will go first, I can tell. But the oven does not have a temperature notification. It sat for 30 minutes whilst I waited to hit the magic 420 degrees. The burner in the oven red hot as a branding iron I swear, so it was hard to know when it got to the 425. I bought an oven thermometer and now am MUCH more better off. As for the top portion of the oven, it is not good to use to grill the bacon, but it holds it nicely after being cooked and left in the top of the oven for a warming tray, as well as pancakes or sausages. If the choice came back up to select one, this one would not make the cut, I would demand a temp guide. I also hate to say, I would not suggest this to family or close friends.....

I bought this for my son for Christmas, but used it for Thanksgiving. It kept the food hot without burning. Worked very well. Would buy one for myself if I still cooked.

Heater has only one control. I would have rather had separate controllers at each unit. Worked great for a party we recently had. SAMs had unit for lower price with individual heaters.
