The slow cookers are a perfect size for event and for buffet style serving. They heat pretty quick also and are very reliable.

I purchased this item to use at family gatherings. It works great and saves a lot of work. I have more room on my stove and keep food warm for late arrivals. What a great idea, I plan on getting my daughters this for their birthday!

Used the slow cooker works great is kind of slow to heat even on high I guess it is because it is so big but once it gets to temp it works just fine.

The cooker is a nice size (large). I have only used it once, so far. It cleans up very well. I was a little concerned that on the lowest setting, it seemed to cook hotter than I would have liked. I haven't used a slow cooker in years, so maybe that's normal.

Was exactly what I wanted. I have used it twice, the first time I made pork ribs with potatoes and sauerkraut. I set it for low @ 8 hrs, the meat was nice and tender, the kraut was cooked and the potatoes were still firm, not mushy mess. The second time I made chili, cooked on high for four hours. Both times the food was cooked to perfection. Another great feature is the handle on top of the lid does not get extremely hot.

I bought this crockpot. I used it once already. Nice capacity for a family meal. Cleans very easily. The inner, removable pot is very heavy but quite easy to clean. The outside is stainless steel that gets VERY HOT to the touch. Would keep it far away from little fingers. 3 setting buttons make it very easy to use. Would recommend.

Broke the lid to my last one and only needed another one but couldn't find just a lid...so I finally relented and bought another crock. Glad I did. Large and nice for big gatherings. I can cook with one and the lid, cover with foil and use the lid on the other.

The only complaint that I have is the rubber seal around the lid. I understand why it's there but it holds the odor of the meal in it even after many washings. I've only used it twice. Once for chicken and peppers and the next was chicken soup. While the dishes turned out fine the rubber seal still has a very strong smell of the onions and spices.

This is a great slow cooker for the price. It's very sturdy, cooks evenly, and a heats up a bit faster than the older model slow cookers. The cord is just a bit on the short side by a few inches, but it is exactly as described on the O.Co site. I cooked with it for the first time this evening and my meal came out PERFECT! It's a simple snap to clean it too, once it cools down; of course. One thing I must point out is that the desciption on the O.Co site says that this slow cooker has a timer; but it does not. Additionally, the slow cooker should have an "ON" indicator light, and it does not. This is not discussed in the product description on the O.Co site. Don't worry O.Co, I'm not going runnning off to another retailer over a few minor details that are easily correctable! O.Co offers the BEST products at the BEST possible prices; not to mention their FIRST CLASS customer service! O.Co ROCKS and I am their loyal customer for as long as they keep knocking the blocks off of their competition! By the way, I highly recommend this slow cooker as a must have for any kitchen! Order one today before they run out! I'd go order it now if I was you!

It's a fine product and was at a good price. It's a little smaller than I might like, should I do it again.

The shell of the slow cooker is extremely lightweight. It arrived with a dent in the back. The item apears to be heavy and well made but in fact is not. I bought it because it reminded me of the one my mother had many years ago(not even close). The Customer Service person was very nice and I had no problem returning it with a full refund.

Have used this slow cooker twice now -- one for making chili and once for making a yam casserole-type dish. Had no problem with burning or temperature. The ceramic dish is removable and looks great on the table due to the classy oval shape, although a little heavy (no way around this). The stainless steel casing is light and easy to store.

I was hesitant to buy this due to a few unfavorable reviews about the gasket and lingering odor of the food. I took a chance on it anyway, and have been very, very pleased. It has one area on the back side thatt seems to cook a little hotter than the rest of the crock, but not so much it takes away from the flavor of the food or dries it out. I just make sure to have a little more liquid in that area and it seems to be fine. I have found that for the most part, it does it does seem to cook a little quicker than some of the recipes call for. If a recipe calls for cooking 4-6 hours, 4 is probably going to be the done point rather than 6. Overall, I would recommend this. It cooks well, is easy to clean and due to the locking clips, easy to carry.
