The fountain is very small, a lot smaller than I expected and you need to have a specific type of chocolate or it will not work. I only had one bag of this specific chocolate and added a mixture of melted choc chips and milk, which did not work. The fountian stopped working at the beginning of the party and the choc clumped up but I think that was because of the choc I used. Moral of then story-buy fondue choc in the bag that u heat up that is extra watery/thin.

This chocolate fountain was a hit at my daughter's graduation party. I just wish the package had a more exact recipe for the chocolate. It was flowing but not even on all sides like in the picture. I probably got the recipe wrong. Probably needed to test it out ahead of time. But overall it's a nice product

I loved fondu in the 70s and I enjoyed it at the Melting pot - Felt it was about time to bring it home. This product preformed very well, especially for the price. There was no need to pre-melt cheese cheese in a separate pot. The hot plate kept the cheeses warm for hours. The only problem was cleanup, the cheese stuck to the bottom of the pot.

The fountain was a hit at the party. With fresh fruit, rice crispies, coconut marshmallows. home made creme puffs, and cake pops for dipping this was the place people hung out around. It was really easy to clean, I even left chocolate in the base overnight (by accident); turned the heater only on the next day and was able to clean it with ease. It is easy to assemble, easy to clean, works great. Only downside was that it takes a lot of chocolate so there was a lot of waste, but other than that wouldl totally recommend it. Great product for the price.

Love this slow cooker. It is my first and is simple to use and has all the functions I required in a slow cooker. The cover is glass and the crock pot is ceramic and easy to clean. The programmable function allows me to set and go and the settings allow for variations in timing requirements. The capacity is large enough for a pot of chili or fondue that I may want to bring to a group gathering.

If you want a fondue pot that is the perfect size for a small group( 4 - 6) this is for you. Heats evenly and cleans up nicely. Cheese fondue is a favorite here!

I was in the market for a chocolate fountain that not only looked good, but would also give me a quality result. I am so thankful for this review that was made prior to this one. I took their recommendation about the fountain and with Chocoley's chocolate and I couldn't be more pleased. I would like to second their recommendation onto others. Enjoy!

We always wanted a Chocolate fountain; seemed like a fun trinket appliance to have. I used it for a party of 14. It worked well but the motor is loud. I had it as part of my buffet table which was in the center of the party and the motor was disruptive to the event. If it would be in the corner away from the activity it might be acceptable. To get the chocolate liquid enough I had to add alot of whip cream and coconut oil but then when people used it with strawberries it dripped everywhere on the counter and carpet. Plus the chocolate wasn't that warm. I am not returning it - too much effort and technically it is as advertised. But I wouldn't recommend it as an appliance to own. Get a basic fondue pot much easier, less babysitting, and much cleaner.

If advertised as forks included, Forks should be included. Waste of money without any forks. Get it?

I got this as a gift and now buying one for my sister. I used it for fondue, hot dips, food and it works great for EVERYTHING!!! The size of the holders are perfect and generous (they are pretty deep). Love how each holder can be at a different tempeture. It also looks very nice! Worth every penny!

We let the cheese brown on the bottom because we like to peel that off and put it on toast. This cheese would not come off! It took 2 days of soaking and lots of scrubbing with heavy duty scour pads to get off the brown cheese.

This fountain worked great for my 7 year old's birthday. We followed instructions, added a little oil to chocolate, heated on stove... poured melted chocolate in warmed fountain... got the level right and it flowed perfectly. I researched, for the price you can't beat this fountain. Plan on using it many more times in future.

This was complicated to get going and when it did start it was not great. Almost impossible to clean. I wound up throwing it away.

I purchased this fountain and absolutely love it! The motor wasn't too loud and clean up afterwards went smoothly. Being somewhat health concious, I prefer not to add extra oil to the melted chocolate when using the fountain. Because of this concern, I use Chocoley's Just Melt It! chocolate. Using their chocolate with my fountain does not require extra oil and it tastes so much better. The absence of oil also makes the clean up process easier and shorter.

Fountain parts are plastic and were difficult to work with trying to assemble the fountain. Chocolate had to be warm when poured into fountain and only way to pour is over the top of the fountain which meant it splattered as the fountain began rotation of chocolate.. It is small and not really user friendly for access to the chocolate for dipping.

I like this fondue pot but I have only used it one time. It seemed to get VERY hot and I had to soak it for two days to get the burnt cheese out of the bottom. could have been my mistake but its certainly isn't a "non-stick" cooking surface. Its fun to have around but I almost wish it was flame lit like the old days...
