This is an appliance every kitchen should have. Dinner is always ready when I get home. Love the easy clean up. Rice cooker has cut cooking time of whole grain brown rice to 12 minutes. Excellent. Will recommend to anyone.

After having my 4-1/2 quart Kitchen-Aid for over 20 years, I decided I wanted an upgrade.I shopped around for a great deal and Overstock did not let me down. A great price!! The bowl is hard to get attached to the lift but I'm hoping with a lot of use it'll get easier. My favorite setting is "stir", when you first turn it on. It does not throw flour all over the place, (like my old mixer) starting very slow. I haven't used the shield at all! This model fits perfectly under my cabinets so I can keep it handy on the counter. LOVE my Kitchen-Aid!!

I have had my Kitchen Aid mixer since the late 80's and I couldn't begin to count the multitudes of cakes, cookies, breads, vegetables, whips, icings, and so much more that this amazing equipment has handled over the years. It is the longest lived, least maintained, best performing kitchen appliance I have ever had. I bought this one for my daughter so that when she moves into her own place, she'll have the same best friend in kitchen technology. It's a legacy of good cooking that will see her through her own family and traditions!

This is a nice toaster and by far the easiest toaster I've ever used. It's simple number toasting level system makes toasting either a bagel or piece of bread simple cause you just set the number to 3 or 4 depending on the thickness of the bread. Number 4 works great for a thick bagel and 3 does a perfect toast on bread. I assume toasting something frozen you would just increase the number level to 6 or so to fully cook. The automatic toast lifter works great and you don't have to worry so much about the toast getting stuck! With my past experiences with other toasters nothing is more frustrating then getting the toast stuck and you end up trying to shake the darn toast out upside down,,,making a huge mess! The only negative is the beep is a tad loud but well worth the minor annoyance. If you are pondering on buying this toaster,,i'd push the add to shopping chart button and get it over with. You'll love it and not regret it!

The sealer is well built and easy to use. So far MUCH better than 3 Food savers I have owned over the years. If you have a place to store it conveniently, buy it. It's bigger and heavier than your FoodSaver, but not THAT much bigger. Although a bit pricy, you'll be happy with your purchase. Now, the shipping and packaging. Overstock got it to me in just 2 days, but came to me very poorly packaged. The factory box was just kind of tossed inside a larger corrugated cardboard box about twice its size. The factory box had a gash in the side about 6" long. The tape on the box had been previously opened. Once inside the box, the unit was supposed to be cradled in styrofoam for protection and then placed and sealed inside a heavy plastic bag. It was not inside the bag, and the styrofoam was broken into about a half dozen pieces. However, the unit did not appear to be damaged. Plugged it in and appears to work fine. A spare teflon heat sealing tape is supposed to be included, but was not. I called Weston and they sent me a spare heat tape, received the next day. So, I would say Weston customer service is very good. The unit I received was obviously NOT new as expected, but a previously opened and returned item. I can't say for sure but it looked like a shred of Christmas wrapping paper was scotch taped on the outside of the box. Probably was a Christmas present and returned for whatever reason. A good price on sale at Ovestock, but they should state it is not new but a previously opened and used item. 5 stars for Weston, 2 stars for Overstock.

. . . the grill plates are held in by plastic! After 6 months of use, they melted, rendering the grill useless. At $$$, I figure it cost me $-$. per use! Replacements are over $$$! Clips should be redesigned and made of metal or heavy duty thermal-plastic. If it were not for the clip problem, I would rate this * * * * *.

The 6 year old family blender died and pressure was on me to find a quality replacement. Saw the great reviews for the Ninja brand and made the purchase. Nice having the single serve and full serve containers. We are probably saving a few pennies on electricity as this blender takes little time to blend the goodies. Less time needed to blend equals less noise in the kitchen. Be careful of blending blades when washing, I got a small cut on day 2 of owning the blender. The main blending container has a drain hole in it at the base, so when placed in dishwasher it does not collect water when turned upside-down. Nice little feature to prevent to pool of water collecting here during wash.

Oven is of good quality and works well. I have not used it for pizza so cannot comment on that aspect. However, it does well for toast and warming up left-overs!

100% yes! With their 5 year warranty why shouldn't anyone. Their customer service is outstanding (in NJ) and they stand by their product. I unfortunately was never aware of the hopper on top, I have had many of the other coffee pots that had carafe's and updating as the yrs went on.. I currently have a Cuisinart ******, and as always, have had no problems and this is year 3 I believe if not 4... I am looking to go back temporarily using this model and see just how good it is but considering my best friend Lori has been using one for over 6 yrs and has been happy, I'm sure I will be too! Price is right!!

I have always loved how the Kitchen Aid Stand Mixers look, and I have heard rave reviews from everyone I know who has one, but I just couldn't afford to shell out $299 for a kitchen appliance that I wasn't sure if I'd use. I decided to go with the factory refurbished one because it has a 6 month Kitchen Aid warranty, plus we purchased the Overstock 2-year replacement plan. And even with shipping, I still saved over $100! It came 5 days later, and it was in perfect condition. I used it for the first time to make mashed potatoes, and it is the easiest machine to use!!! It makes cooking so enjoyable. And cleanup is a breeze!! I thought it would be a pain, but no! It's so simple. Totally would recommend this product to ANYONE who wants to enjoy cooking just a little more.

Works just as good, if not better, than other ice cream makers on the market. Money well spent, since it has already be used to spin up 6 different flavors.

I absolutely love my kitchenaid. It came on time and there were no scratches on my refurbished model... I was ecstatic! The only thing I was disappointed about was that there was no warning that I needed a step down transformer to operate an american product in Australia (I was just going to buy a travel adaptor to use it but I was extremely lucky a work colleague told me otherwise this would have blown the motor of the kitchenaid or the fuse, or both as this kitchenaid works on half the voltage). So I had to wait for a stepdown transformer to be delivered before I could start using it.... and yes... the transformer is a big unit (make sure you find the right one based on voltage and wattage as these are all different based on different appliances and models)! It would be great if there was a warning on your site, or even better, the opportunity to purchase the step down transformer at the same time so that they come at the same time with less hassle, less risk of a fuse or motor blowing and less waiting to start cooking with the kitchenaid. Apart for this callout I have had no issues at all with my kitchenaid and I haven't stopped baking! I have whipped up my best meringue to date with it and it is pumping out the lightest cookies... love love LOVE IT!

I've been using this coffee pot for about 2 years now. First one I've had last over 6 months in awhile. I love that it automatically shut it's self off when done brewing. The UNBREAKABLE carafe keeps the coffee warm for hours.

I received this mixer 4 days ago. However, I have used it a lot already and feel I can give an adequate review. I made two double batches of icing, a pound cake, white homemade dough with the dough hook, ice cream mixture with the whip, and creaming the ice cream mixture with the ice cream maker attachment. When making the icing, I did notice that creaming 2 cups of shortening with a few tablespoons of water in this larger bowl took some trial and error. I found on the second batch that if I stir to get it going and then go to speed 2 and then 4 it worked a lot better for mixing as the motor was moving the beater faster. When making the pound cake, I noticed that my mixture was thicker than when I used two other mixtures by other companies. I've always been able to pour my cake batter into the pan, not scoop it out. I had to shake the pans to level out the mixture as it was that thick. However, the cake tasted the same so I'm okay with the change in appearance. I've always made dough with my hands on a wood surface. However, I wanted to see what this mixture would do. My recipe used 8.5 cups of flour and instructed me to add four cups in the mixer. However, I was able to incorporate 6-7 cups as the hook really mixed the ingredients very well. With the dough hook, the highest speed you will use is 2 and this did the job, to my surprise. When I folded the dough on my work surface, it make my kneading job so much easier and faster. I added the other 2+ cups of flour as needed and the dough was fantastic. Also, I used the pouring shield to add my flour on the stir setting and then increased back up to 2nd speed at intervals. This worked great for me and after all flour was incorporated, I removed the shield. I don't think you are supposed to leave it on unless you are using it as it doesn't snap in place but rather sits on the bowl. The best part was I got to use the mixer to make ice cream using the separately purchased ice cream maker attachment. I used the French vanilla ice cream recipe provided in the supplied owner's manual. This was my first time making ice cream and combining hot mixture with cool/room temperature mixture. The instructions were very good and the ice cream taste great. I ate some freshly made and I have yet to taste it frozen. You do have to prepare the ice cream bowl at least 15 hours in advance and you must refrigerate your mixture before you can cream. I made the mixture and froze the bowl the day before use.My only complaint was that the instructions for attaching to the machine are so simple and the diagrams so simplistic that it went completely over my head. I was looking for the piece to snap to the motor head but you just push up and turn it to the angle and when the spinner is attached the two pieces lock. I was expecting it to need more to stay on the mixture. I kept looking for a center hole to slide the unit up. The unit worked just fine as designed and apparently it was me thinking it should attach differently. My comments about the mixture are that I thought the green would be different from what was shown on the site. I thought it was the ugliest appliance I've ever purchased. However, as it sits on the counter the color is growing on me and my husband. I love that the mixture is very easy to clean, just wipe with a damp towel. The mixture is sturdy and blends foods much faster than any mixer I've owned by other companies (this is my first KitchenAid mixer). I don't like that the instructions are not explicit enough on how to place the bowl on the pegs. I just figured it out today and by the next time I use it, it will be another learning curve. Once I figured it out, it made sense but I'd taken that bowl off many times before it became obvious how to attach it. My only other concern is that when I need to scrape the bowl, I have to drop whatever beater/whip/hook is attached; can be annoying sometimes. even though it's easy and quick to do. I definitely recommend you purchase this mixer as I'm a happy cook and new owner of a KitchenAid product.

Had so much trouble finding a toaster rotisserie convection oven big enough to do what I wanted it for. I have searched high and low and this is the ONLY one that fit the bill. This one is about 3inches longer in size than any other. I purchased another one before this which shows a whole chicken in the rotisserie. The instructions clearly stated to not cook a chicken larger than 3lbs. Only thing close to that size is a Cornish game hen. I cooked a 6 1/2 lb chicken in this took 2hours and it was perfection. Also the 2hr timer is great, most are for only 1hr timer. I haven't tried the convection oven yet but am excited that a 9 x 13 pan will fit making this a true replacement for my regular oven without heating up the whole house or freeing up oven space for cooking big meals. I also have a smaller toaster oven for small stuff but this is just what I had hoped for. Next meal will be rotisserie duck for New Year's Day.

Haven't plugged it in yet but i've unboxed it and it seems solid and in order. It's a medium sized cooker, good for sauce, sides and even a large whole chicken, but if you wanted to make a large batch of stew or chili for a family larger than 4 i would say get a 6 quart or larger. the only complaint i have with this one is there was a small raised piece of plastic around one of the buttons that was irritating but it came off easily. also the buttons feel just a tad chincy but im im willing to overlook it as long as it cooks a good meal come christmas!

It cooked rice. Not perfect, but not bad either. I think I may use a bit more water next time. Cooked it faster than the instructions indicated it would take. Cleans up easy. Can't beat the price. It makes up to 3 cups dry which is about 6 cups cooked.

This replaced a Europro convection oven I had for over 6 years. I like the style and compact size. I've used it a coupe of times and am very pleased with the foods' even-cooking. The only drawback: I was not used to is the timer clicks as it counts down.

One appliance that is a slow cooker (high & low settings!), rice cooker, and a pressure cooker all in one! Cleans up very easily. Has an industrial/tech look on the shelf in my kitchen. Have cooked soups, pot roast, chowder and even dessert in this thing and it performs beautifully every time! This is the second one I've purchased; this one is for my daughter (to keep her from accidentally taking mine home!) Love it!

This has become my go-to kitchen appliance. It makes perfect rice in less than 10 minutes. Browns food in the pot so you can deglaze and then add additional ingredients. (Yeah! Only one pot to wash.) The slow-cooker and pressure-cooker functions are excellent. I had never used a pressure cooker before and was a little nervous, but my anxieties were unnecessary. The accompanying cookbook and instruction booklet are excellent. I love this thing!
