  This was the perfect size for us as we needed it to be under 12 inches to fit our space. It came quickly, was well packaged and was attractive. But the coffee was not hot enough on the first cup, and was only mildly warm by the second cup. Sorry to have to send it back, and the replacement unit sent to us was just the same, so we are still looking. But Overstock handles returns so well.

  The product is a lot of fun for my 4 children-and my husband-. The ice crystals little too big for my liking. It makes more like a very finely crushed ice rather than shaved snow like. But for the price and compactness of the machine it works wonderfully.

  Love my new Juicer. At first I felt a tad intimidated by all the pieces but after the first use I found how easy it is to take apart, clean and put back together. Cleaning is very easy. A stiff brush is provided to clean the "strainer". No pulp at all in any of the juice. I would recommend to anyone interested in a juicer.

  Works great ...spouse needed some education on correct way to load according to Cuisinart directions. One mishap otherwise 99% effective couldn't have gotten better product online price/deal.
