I bought this light for a high stairwell. When it arrived I was a bit shocked at the size. It was quite large and required some modification to get it to work, but I did and it looks great. I obviously should have read the dimensions a little closer. I would recommend this light but make sure you have the ceiling height to accommodate it.

We installed this light in our foyer. It looks nice and was not difficult to install. You might think there is glass surrounding the sides of the fixture, but it is just open. I purchase all of my lighting fixtures on overstock because they have the best selection and prices.

I love this fixture. It is very long though and I wish I could have taken off the bottom point but it is pretty. I had trouble opening the chain link because it was very thick and I don't have manly strength so it took two women about 20 painful minutes and the link was chewed up by the time we were done. I had to use one link to hook the top to the bottom. I didn't use the chain at all because my ceiling is probably 8 foot. The chain would be great for high ceilings but if yours are standard it will not be needed at all.

This is the third light I've ordered from overstock and each one exceeded my expectations - this light is bigger than it looks online and makes a very elegant statement in my upper staircase. Made with heavy weight metal - workmanship is beautiful. Color is true to picture.

We had been looking for a pendant lamp for some time when we found this and instantly liked the look of it. It looks and fit perfectly over the staircase. It has a very subtle glow without the electricity turned on which we love. This is a definite winner and would highly recommend to anyone.

Finding a reasonably priced pendant-shaped foyer/hallway lighting fixture has been a challenge. Overstock came through for me, again. While not extremely large, this VERY reasonably-priced light fixture puts off plenty of light. The brushed nickel looks much more modern than the circa-1980-something brass fixtures it replaced. I just love it. Installation can be tricky since you're working over your head, but there is PLENTY of available chain to adjust the fixture to the height you want. Fixture is well-made and fairly heavy. I am very pleased with my Overstock purchase.

We were looking for a modern fixture to replace the one in our home's front entry. There was not a very large selection of these type of fixtures at our local home improvement stores.This fixture was installed easily, although there was one nut missing. My husband was able to replace it. We are very happy with the way it looks.
