We had one major problem, which was the wiring. The lights would blink off and on. When the lights were on and heated up, then they would blink off. After it cooled sufficently, they would blink back on. Our options were to disassemble it, repackage it ,and send it back, or try to fix it ourselves. After pushing back the contact points where the bulb screws in, it finally worked correctly. What a pain!
