Assembly was a problem. The parts were not numbered. The drawing/assembly instructions were way too vague How does one "lock these two parts together" when they don't fit together? Not well engineered.It states that the height is 22.5 in. From the bottom of the glass to the top of the canopy, without any chain, is 29.5 in. That put the light too low for my purpose. So, I am returning it.Shame too, the color and style were just what I wanted.I hope Overstock does not purchase any more of this vendor's merchandise.

What started out looking great, quickly went downhill as screws (internally) self-stripped, which caused the 3 arms to slam together (rather than at the original "wheel spoke" placement). Which is not only really ugly looking, it made me wonder how long before the whole thing came crashing down on top of us during breakfast?? So being an engineer, my husband attempted to repair this - TWICE, using new screws and potting (which involves taking it down, taking it APART, reassembling, and hoping to %*#@* everything holds still while the potting dries). Guess how THAT turned out? Although this is not QUITE the single biggest piece of crappola ever put on God's green earth - it comes very, very close.

I was truly disappointed with my chandelier! First of all there were very VAGUE, if any, instructions. I have purchased light fixtuters before and the actual light, minus glass parts, are usually assembled but not my new chandelier. There was a huge issue with the stem it seemed not to fit it was very tricky to assemble and it required my husband and I to completely assemble it. At times I just wanted to throw it away or ship it back. I would not recommend this item to anyone!

The chandelier was packaged great, no problems with the shipment. The assembly was another story, very tough to put together because there were missing pieces and the directions were very hard to follow. The chandelier was not as nice looking as I hoped it would be but we were late in putting it together so we missed the deadline for retuning and receiving full money back.
