I was so excited when I found this chnadlier on Overstock. I saw it in a much pricier catalogue and loved it but didn't buy it becasue it was a little pricey. As others have mentioned, the chandlier needs to be completly assembled. The pins which are used to attach the crystals are a silver color so I spary painted them to match the chandelier. I worked on it over a few nights and just when I thought I was almost done I found I was missing a bunch of crystals. It took about two weeks to receive the missing parts, but I now have a beautiful chandlier that my four month loves to look at.

This is an incredibly georgous chandelier (the picture does not do it justice), which I had seen elsewhere for twice the price! It arrived in a timely manner, but when I opened the box, found that each and every crystal you see in the picture, must be attached by hand.I also found no directions (I later located them between the protective shipping styrofoam liner and the bottom of the box) Also, the pins that come with it are bright silver, so I had to buy spray paint to match the rest of the fixture, spray the pins, and then assemble the item. I was 3/4 of the way through my assembly, and found that a large chunk of crystals and pins had been left out of the kit. I e-mailed Orverstock customer service, expecting them to make me box up this partially assembled chandelier and return it, and was pleasantly surprised when they offered to locate the additional crystals and pins and ship them to me seperately! Yay - customer service ROCKS! Though beautiful, this is a complex fixture to put together alone - I would suggest bribing a detailed oriented buddy or two with a bottle of wine and some pizza to help it go faster!
