Nice compliment to white furniture
Height of a lamp is important and I was looking for a lamp that would not look dinky next to a high twin white metal bed with both a box spring and mattress. I am glad that Overstock lists the exact height from bottom to top of finial on most of their table lamps. Makes it an easy purchase. I have bought several lamps through Overstock over the years and have always been pleased with quality, packaging, and prompt delivery. The white is a true white and glossy. It is hard to match whites, and while it is not the exactly the same white as the glossy white on my metal bed, it looks great in the room. Lampshade is a nice linen color and a quality shade too.
