Not just for casseroles! This pan is a perfect size for cooking many different dishes. I even make soups with it. Love the quality - heavy enough to brown meats nicely on stove top then add veggies and pop it in the oven. Cleaning up is so easy. The handles stay cool and I enjoy using the well fitting see through lid. My favorite pan in the kitchen.

A Stylish Casserole! We bought this casserole because we have the 14-piece matching set. This Anolon Advanced Bronze casserole is beautiful! We love the shape of the bottom, the curve of the lid and the cushioned handles that say cool. It is lovely enough for cooking and serving. The exterior bronze color is exceptionally attractive, and the interior non-stick is uniform. Since we have used stainless steel cookware for many years, our only concern is how the non-stick will uphold. The product comes with a nice warranty, so we feel pretty good about any future problems that may arise. Not only is the casserole beautiful, it is a joy to use. It browns meat differently than stainless steel, making an attractive meal. We recommend this casserole!
