it's all that
I needed to start replacing some of my cookware - some is over 20 yrs old. I have a set of Calphalon that I really love - but I wanted to try some other brands. I'm very happy with this purchase - it sautes well - cleans up easily. Because of it's size storage is a bit tricky - but I was prepared for that. We have a fairly large family & this pan does it's duty @family dinners.

Perfect every day pan
This is my second saute pan from Anolon Advanced and it is my favorite! I consider this my every day pan as it is the one I use the most. It heats evenly, the helper handle is great for removing this sturdy pan from the stove top. Clean up is a breeze and the see through lid is wonderful for keeping messes at bay while checking on your food. I would recommend this pan and this cookware to anyone!! love it!

Very nice, substantial pan. Handle could be better
The quality is obvious. The pan is heavy and heats very evenly, is easy to clean and large enough for a good bit of food. The only real complaint I have is the handle. It's a little too thin for my liking, and it could be better padded. It isn't terribly ergonomic. But it's a small price to pay for a really good, solid, large, covered saute pan. Knowing what I know, I would still have bought it.
