ANALON COOKWARE
This is our 2nd set of Analon cookware--the 1st set stays in our other home & is now 10 yrs old & looking great after much use. There are lots of wonderful cookware finishes out there & if you purchase for real cooking, these can't be beat. This is a good buy also--I've been looking at open stock & was thrilled to find this set at this price. For stovetop use, it's best if you start with medium heat & increase as needed. Just remember they have non-stick coating on the INSIDE so use silicon, nylon, wood or bamboo utensils to keep from scratching the finish. Also, the bonus baking sheet has a finish similar to what you expect on broiler pans--glass like or porcelain--it heats quickly & retains heat more than plain metal sheets. A real BONUS.

Loves loves his gift
Our sons' pots and pans were in terrible condtion, so of course, I came back to overstock.com. My son loves his pots and pans and is so gentle with them, he will even not allow his wife to clean up the kitchen when they are through with dinner! Now that, certainly deserves saying that he is treating them with tender care and he knows these pots and papns will probably last for the rest of their lives.. He told me the pots and pans were extremely heavy with the doule coating of teflon imsode each pot or pan. He knows these pots and pans will last him for the rest of his life and has thanked his parents many times for his Father's Day gift.

Great Pans
I've had these pans for awhile now, and there awesome. I realized that, when my husband and me started biscuits and gravey in the large stock pot. Realizing we didn't have all the ingredients, we had to make a store run. An hour later we got back, the house was full of smoke, we left the pot on the stove. Thinking that the pan was ruined, we let it cool down, and just wiped it out. The burnt material came right out. I said then these are great pans. Since I've had them so long now. I would like to say, there are no scratches, and stilll look brands new. Did I mention that they are easy to clean up too.

Very Nice
No complaints whatsoever. Not the greatest deal of a lifetime but an instant upgrade to the mix and match pots and pans we were using before. I bought a bunch of plastic utensils to remind me to never use metal while cooking with my pans too. I anticipate using these for at least the next decade or so.

Good Product
I really like how the bottom is thicker than the average pan or skillet. This helps keep cooking consistant no matter what you are cooking. Great product and good price.

Very Disappointed!
After about a month of use the outside of the pans began to get scratched and peel, which I thought was odd since I always hand washed them separate, and stored them separate from one another. The insides held up pretty well, so I thought, but I've noticed less than a year after having them that things are beginning to stick to these "nonstick" pans, and the baking sheet has been tossed as it was never stick free. Oh I can send them back and get them exchanged by the manufacturer which will take several weeks and in the process I won't have cookware and they are only going to replace with the same product so what's the point! I will NOT buy Anolon ever again and do not recommend it at all to anyone.
