The description does not say it, but the package sure does, these sheets are sateen. But whatever, they are nice looking and comfortable for the price. I haven't had a reason to wash them yet.
I purchased these sheets mostly because of previous good reviews and the color. I was re-doing my 17 year old daughter's room into a more "grown up" theme, and wanted her to have a nice set of sheets. The color matched her color scheme (yellow, rust, white and black). The sheets are a beautiful deep pumpkin/rust color and were exactly what I expected based on the color chart. They look gorgeous with her black and white comforter. The fit is perfect for the pillow top mattress set. These sheets are of obvious high quality, both in appearance and texture. They have a slight sheen to them, which adds to their appeal. They are soft and rich looking. I've priced these in the stores and never thought I could justify the cost, but at this price on Overstock.com I couldn't pass them up. Buy with confidence, these are extremely nice sheets!
The sheets were well-made and comfortable. They were quite wrinkled after they were washed. Perhaps that will improve over time.
We are very happy with our choice to purchase these sheets. No complaints here.
These sheets are terrific! They are oversized and fit my deep mattress with room to spare. The material feels heavenly against my skin - like luxury hotel sheets! I'm going back for a second set today.
