Problems with shipping
The glasses are individually wrapped in bubble wrap. Unfortunately the box itself was not marked 'fragile' and they arrived shattered. Overstock did a WONDERFUL job of immediately re-shipping; however the glasses were again shattered during shipping. A re-contact with O. resulted in an immediate processing request for a purchase refund. I am a frequent O-shopper and was disappointed with the glasses being damaged; but would like to indicate the O-customer service team is top notch.

Basic but Nice Glassware
I wanted an everyday set of glasses that were solid and not too fragile. This set is perfect. I received 4 of each size and they look and feel perfect - exactly what I was looking for.
