    The first one I got had a misaligned spout and could not be fixed.I called customer service and explained the problem.He said he would send a replacement and email me a return shipping label.I like that they pay for the returns.The second faucet arrived a few days later and this one was perfect.I installed the new one and it looks and works beautifully.Customer service is fantastic.I just ordered more products for the kitchen.I will always check with overstock first before I buy anywhere else.

    I really struggled with buying this faucet and now I don't know why. We plan on replacing our sink and counters in the near future but we had a leaky faucet so that needed to be done now. I wanted to pick a faucet that would go with the new counters and sink and thought I should probably go with brushed nickel because it is so versatile. I saw this and loved it but was afraid it would not go with anything. It is beautiful, exactly like the picture, mostly black with some bronze showing. We have black chandeliers in the kitchen and it ties everything in perfect. I will tell you the installation was easy but would have been much easier if we replaced the sink at the same time. Getting the old faucet off was hard because the space under the sink is unforgiving. If we would have replaced the sink we could have installed the new faucet on to the sink and just dropped it in and hooked up the water. But with some determination we got it in and it works, doesn't leak and looks like a showroom piece. Also, Overstock is so good about returns I wouldn't be afraid to order it and if it doesn't go with your kitchen return it. We have gotten so many compliments on this faucet. It has really dressed up our kitchen.

  • Is this faucet able to hook up to a portable dishwasher nozzle. I hope is does. This dishwasher is the be best you can buy and it does not screw on it has a nozzle the you push down, attach to faucet then you just let pop on to faucet!
