My husband and I ordered this faucet for our new house. I wanted something that had a sprayer and was a one whole installation. This faucet met all my expectation. It was easy to install. You can position the handle anyway you want. The hose is flexible to cover all of my sink, I can even fill things sitting next to the sink. The middle bar pushes to the side for filling deep pots or cleaning. A deck plate was included although we choose to install without it since we didn't have additional holes to cover. The only thing different with mine then the picture is that the buttons on the sprayer faced the back. The was fine for me so more of the metal shows and they are just as easy to work. The button toggles from sprayer to stream. The button stays until pressed again, so you don't have to continously hold it. We are very happy with the faucet.
Hello All. I recently purchased this faucet for my newly renovated kitchen which is still in progress. I have yet to install but out of the box it is Phenominal! The Quality is outstanding & the look is chic without being overtly feminine. Even my husband likes it since he didn't want accessories to incinuate Liberache lived here. It was hard to believe we both agreed on this since he wanted a pull down faucet like professional restaurants do but I wanted something less bulky & hospital sterile like. A great compromise since it has a masculine, regal feel & I wanted something tasteful but didn't look like it belonged in a morgue. Overall, much better than we expected & alot bigger than I assumed. This will be great with the 30 inch Ticor double basin sink I purchased with it. Buy it. It will not disappoint.
Did the color match the color displayed onsite? Yes but more vivid
How is the quality of the product? The quality is superb! Looks as if I ordered it from a high end kitchen boutique.
Did the description onsite accurately describe the product? Yes but much better in person
We installed this faucet 2 months ago and have enjoyed using it. We like the neck and find it easy to pull it out and settle it back into the holder. We have also liked using the button to change it from a spray to a flow; however, this button has started to pop off. When it does the small plastic part underneath can fall out. We're trying to figure out what to do about it. We had planned to use this faucet for 10+ years so 2 months doesn't meet our expectations.

On my three hole sink, deck cover plate material is too thin and bowed up ever so slightly possibly allowing water under to drip through the unused holes. May replace cover plate with stiffer if this becomes a problem. Spring is quite stiff not allowing a large range of movement, but with effort can reach to sides of sink. Rubber spray selector cover pops-off to easily if not pressed just right. Excellent water pressure - much more than faucet it replaced, therefor, faucet valve requires a delicate touch to control pressure correctly or high pressure blasts off bottom of sink. Fills pots fast. Biggest peeve is spay head support arm will not swing independently away from spray head and stay away. Push arm out of way and it will return to the spray head location just to be pushed out of the way again - over and over. I might take faucet apart and see if there is a way to make the support arm's side-to-side movement independent of the spray head. Would be great to get the support arm completely out of the way at times - large pots, small dogs :-)
For the low price, this is a very good faucet that looks professional. Finish is easy to keep clean. The scale is just about right - not too big for a residential kitchen but it does command attention.
How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Good match

I've had my eye on this faucet for some time but when I was ready to purchase it, it was sold out on Overstock. I signed up for an email when it came back in stock and even then it had sold out again after the first email before I got a chance to order it. I was able to get one after the second email that they had them back in stock. This is a great price for this faucet. It was very easy to install. I had never installed a faucet alone but had recently helped my husband change out our bathroom faucet. Once I removed our old faucet I was able to install this one very quickly with my 2 preschoolers hanging around to "help". I wanted this style of faucet but chose this one because it is not super modern looking. I wanted more of a classic look to go with my kitchen. I also chose this one because it is not quite as tall as some of the others. I noticed other reviewers said the buttons on the nozzle face the back instead of the front. Though this appeals to me as well you can actually make them face any way you want when you attach it. I'm not sure how to describe this but when you attach the head you just turn the piece you are attaching it to instead of screwing the head around and then you can have the buttons face any way you want them too. I feel like I get much less water flow with this faucet and I haven't been able to find a flow restrictor I can remove. It has a stronger flow on the spray setting but switches back to steady stream when you turn it off so you have to change it to spray with each use. Also, given the length of the faucet spring, it has very little stretch. I got much more reach with my old pull out nozzle. I do feel it is stretching a little with use but I was surprised how little give it has. I installed mine with the on off lever facing forward so the water from your hands drips into the sink instead of onto the counter. This is a great looking faucet and even with my minor complaints I really love it and would choose it again.
I am confident to buy from Overstock, always, but the difference is I made some research too, and I am sure with what I want. This kitchen faucet has everything I look for, and after installation, it meet all my requirements. I am happy with it.
My only recommendation to the manufacturer is to coat the plate so it won't be scratched during installation, most by DIY user like me. I don't forgive myself, because it is a good finish, but I blame on the manufacturer,
Such a great look to our new urban style farm house kitchen. The little rubber button cover sometimes moves around or comes off but it's easy to maneuver back on and doesn't happen often. Love the industrial look partnered with the more contemporary handle. I also like that there are two buttons for spray and stream options and you don't have to hold the buttons down!
I was slightly worried about the reviews regarding the stream buttons hopefully we won't have that problem. What's funny is that even though there has been a large volume of reviews about the buttons people still want to keep the faucet and now I know why. It has a very sleek look. I found it to be very flexible not stiff at all. It works well with the look of my fireclay sink not too industrial. The only thing I noticed before installation was the small red/blue round button that indicates hot/cold. It wasn't all the way in the hole allotted for it. My husband tapped it a few times softly with a hammer and that seemed to do the trick. It has a strong spray. You must make sure you are holding it or have it in the arm brace anchored when you turn it on or you WILL get wet. We've had it one week and I makes doing the dishes fun. Very good purchase.
My faucet is always on spray and cannot toggle to the stream mode. Is there a way I can resolve this or receive a replacement head?jennyb14 on Aug 11, 2013Please enter a valid question.Answer This Question

So many of us have commented on the "rubber nozzel piece" that is continually falling off. I at one point received an email from Overstock saying someone was going to contact me - no one has. Again, I don't want a different faucet. I just want this one to work properly. Has anyone else with the problem received any remedy to the situation? I'm not sure where to go with this one. Thanks!lisabjohn316 on Mar 21, 2013Please enter a valid question.Answer This Question
Pulls out of the holder and is flexible. It can reach all areas of the sink but it is a fixed length.cggc1961 on Mar 13, 2013
If you are looking for a faucet that pulls out like the sprayer on a regular faucet, you may not want this one. You can remove it from the holder and it has enough give to reach all areas of my large double sink.reddob85 on Mar 18, 2013
No, this one does not pull out but you can reach pretty far by pulling down.brianinhouston on Mar 28, 2013
