Just what I wanted!!!
I have been looking for months for new dinnerware. My still great but I wanted a change. The coffee mugs are right size for coffee or soup, the salad plates also double as appetizer servers. I bought two sets so I now have service for eight and it actually compliments my other dinnerware. This is a great buy!

Adds a Bit of Flair
Great addition to the home, especially if you're looking to add a bit of style or flair to your dining set. Not fine china, by any means, but made well and of good quality. The pictures should show the plates with food as it really does look fantastic for presentation. Plates are of good size, larger than your average dinner plate. Coffee mugs are of medium size. For the price, a great deal.

Nice set
This set is very nice, I purchased this one and the zebra pattern, If you are looking for some plates of good quality that do not feel like they are going to break easily then this is the set for you. Great buy for the price!

The appearance is nice but the dinner plates barely fit in my cabinet. One of them has chipped already. the plates are heavy too.

Fantastic with out being too feminine
These dishes are perfect for my family, they are beautifully crafted. Amazing design, any kind of animal print to me is feminine, my husband does not mind this design at all. Square pieces are modern and beautiful, and these are the only square bowls that I have seen that allow you to drink milk out of them!

Great way to add visual appeal to your table
I was looking for a way to add some graphic appeal to a cappucino-colored modern dining table. Saw this set on multiple websites and found the price on Overstock to be good. Set arrived very well-packaged (perhaps they finally listened to the reviews); had no chips or broken pieces. Love the shape and heft of each peice. Have to admit the coloring/shading is as others have described. The print in the bowels is a shade darker (tan) than the creamy animal print on the plate. Also, there is what appears to be unintentional speckling on the inside of the pieces from uneven glazing I think. I'm able to overlook it as I still think the plates look great on the table. Overall, I would recommend them to almost everyone except perfectionists because this set would drive them crazy!
