FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE ! !
This review is more about the customer service I received from Overstock.com as opposed to the product. I ordered 4 sets of this dinnerware for my wife for her birthday and advertised I was charged less than $3 for the shipment of 4 large boxes. the dinnerware was packed well but one set still came with 2 broken plates. I called Overstock customer service expecting that i would need to return the broken plates for proof or something or some other hoop to jump through. To my delight within minutes the agent placed an order for 2 replacement plates and told me I could just toss out the 2 broken ones. Within a few days the replacements were in my hands. Overstock was NOT responsible for the original broken plates because as i stated they were packed very well, but who knows how the shipper handles boxes, even boxes marked "fragile." Great shipping cost and even BETTER customer services! As for the product my wife picked them out and she loved what we got. I will look to Overstock.com for all future purchases!

Lovely, classy set.
I get compliments on this set every time I use it. I have had it for months now, and I am noticing a lot of wear on it from washing and from stacking them in the cabinet. I was surprised with that. I have never had that happen before with dishes. However, for the price these are worth it. The wear just adds to the unique character of it. I orded 2 sets and they arrived promptly with no mishaps.

Not Flat
We have been using this set for about a week and I feel compelled to warn other potential buyers about a few issues. First, there were sharp points of glaze on a few of the items that I had to file down right after unpacking the set to keep from cutting myself or other users. Then I discover that because they are square, the large plates will not fit in our full size carousel microwave oven. Well, they will fit inside, but they will not turn with the carousel. A bit inconvenient if you want to reheat something. Finally, I discover that some of the plates are not flat on the bottom so they rock back and forth when you do something like use a fork or knife on them. They good news is that they are cheap and look pretty good for a monotone set. Cheap is good, but useable would be better.

Shipped promptly and received all items intact. Packaged very well. I love these and am thinking about getting another set. Wish there was a completer set! They are exactly as shown in the photo. I highly recommend! I love OS!
