Not what I expected.... :(
This was a huge disappointment. Firstly, the product advertised on Overstock as oven safe, the main reason for buying it. The plates do not say oven safe on the bottom, but microwave safe and dishwasher safe. I am afraid to place them in the oven now. They don't microwave well either, hence my trepidation about the oven. Although 2 cups were chipped, I called overstock to replace and they sent me Bead instead of Braid pattern. The dishes are light, an unattractive ivory color and smaller than expected. They are for everyday use, so I wont bother with the hassle. It's a huge departure from the photo :(
