it leaks
This item requires special installation. Once installed, hope and pray it doesn't leak like mine did after a week. I had to replace the ceiling in part of my downstairs thanks to the little puppy. It looks all neet, but trust me and do yourself a favor and just get a normal shower head, thing thing isn't worth the $2.95 overstock charges for the shipping.
