This was a great ladder for the price. It is heavy duty and very sturdy. It is easy to adjust and configure in different positions.
Have not used the ladder yet. Everything that I have purchased from Overstock.com has been excellent. Plan to use the ladder in the fall to remove leaves from the roof and to prune more trees.
This is a good and not too expensive folding ladder. It's length when fully extended is 11', though it contains 13' of ladder. Fortunately those two extra feet did not matter to me. The releases are greasy and a little reluctant - perhaps the more expensive folding ladder does not have these issues. But you can certainly tell when the ladder is locked, and it is easy to carry and store. Most importantly, it 's a nice solid feeling ladder even when fully extended.

So far this ladder has been very handy .... easy to change the set up.. only one person needed to set it up. sturdy and well put together. It has three ways of use...straight, A frame and scaffold.
