I put this in my laundry room which leads out to our garage. This is the door we use to enter & exit our home. It works great for shoe storage on the bottom & a place to sit while putting on your shoes. Also a great little place to fold laundry. Love it! Easy to put together! Looks great!
This is the exact size I needed but it is more black in color than I expected and while reading the reviews I saw where the "back is finished".. Well, that isn't really true. It has a screw on flimsy back piece that is supposed to provide a finished look but if you are going to use it anywhere except against a wall it looks tacky.
This bench arrived in good condition and went together easily. Cushion is covered with cleanable fabric. Size is small but perfect for the spot where our cats sit on it to look out the window. I put baskets in the cubicles for extra storage. Works out well.
It is small enough for my kids to sit on and put their shoes on, and yet feels very sturdy. It serves it's purpose and looks good in my foyer. The only thing that i didn't like was that the cushion has a permanent dent in it from how the wood pieces were pressed against it inside the box. Guess that was just a packaging flaw with my particular bench, but if it weren't for that I would have given it 5 stars for the price I paid for it.
Attractive, sturdy, easyl to assemble, and perfect under the Everett wide hanging entry shelf. I used them together in my master bath. They look great and my husband has a place to put his bike shoes, tennis shoes, and slippers so they are out of the way but instantly available. Love them.
It's not fancy. From further away it doesn't appear cheap. It is plenty solid--an adult can stand on it with confidence. The cushion is kind of an off white burlap color and not the most attractive or the most comfortable. This was originally going to be in my master bedroom for a behind the door storage and seating area. I actually wanted an easy seat for putting on shoes. However, it was a little plain and, well, cheap, for that. However, it is great in my young son's bedroom. He has it at the head of his bunk bed as an extra way to climb up. Great for school shoes etc. Cubbies are a little tight for backbacks, but he's only in 1st grade so his backpack still fits. I'm thinking of drilling a small hole at the back of one of the cubbies so he can plug in his school ipad and keep it with his school items for easier mornings.
