For the price that you pay, this table is what you would expect: -Espresso finish (just like the photo image) -Standard shape & relatively sturdy If you expect a nice, heavy, or sturdy table, this one isn't the table for you. We figured based on the price it would be a fairly light table but would get the job done and indeed it did. If I owned a studio or 1 bdrm apartment, this might be the perfect table. We own a house and have pretty good furniture in it (Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn) so this table does not fit those rooms. We use it for the kids play room alongside some kids furniture.

the table came in damage with broken and chipped edges. I loved the size and style of the table so i wanted it replaced. they refunded me my money back because they no longer had it in stock. Overstock however, was very easy to deal with.
The table arrived damaged. The packaging was insufficient for the weight and size of the table. Corners were damaed and the table was returned to Overstock and replaced with an identical table. The second (replacement) table arrived and was also damaged during shipment. I contacted Overstock, informed them of the damaged product, asked for a return shipment label for return of the second damaged table. Instead, Overstock shipped me another table and did not provide any means of returning the second damaged product. The third table arrived and was also damaged. I contacted Overstoack, asked for a return lable for the second and third dmaged tables and asked that they NOT ship another table. Overstock did not provide shipment labels for the second and third damaged tables but shipped me another table. Guess what? The fourth table was damaged as well. I now have no coffee table and three boxed damaged tables sitting in my entry way. I am affraid to contact Overstock for fear they will send me another table. Ugh!
