Very poor quality. You can see all the durt and dust on this rug in 2 hours after vaccuming. When I received I had to vaccum it immediately, as it has some carpet hair all over the rug. When we sat on it, our clothes were covered in the rug hair. No matter how many times we vacumed it, it's still produces hair?????

I recently redid my small apartment living room in shades of light coffee brown, soft orange and sage green. I had hoped this chair would pick up the soft orange in a leather recliner that anchors one corner of the room. The color of the rug goes with the room colors, but not as precisely as I had assumed it would from the Overstock photo. it is much darker than advertised. The pattern is just as pictured, though, and with a slight sculptured surface, which adds interest to the design. Delivery was incredible. Showed up within a couple of days. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. The price is much better than for similar rugs I've seen at local furniture stores.

• How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The photo is very misleading, shows somewhat bright orange and light brown colors. In fact the rug's browns are very dark and orange colors are in fact rust.
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. Good value for the money. The rug does shed, but this is to be expected. I recommend vacuuming with a brush attachment rather than with the beater bar on a machine. This will prevent pulling up too much pile.

I buy a lot of things at O.com and this was the first time I received a totally different product. I got onto the "chat" with customer service because I went to return the rug and it said not returnable. I had never had to return anything to them before and never had dealt with their cistomer service. The representative on chat looked up my order and immediately took care of the problem. She emailed me a free return label. Al I had to do it reroll the rug into the original packing and rop it at the UPS store. I ordered a different rug by the way which was gorgeous, what I expect from o.com. A little bit of inconvenience but a totally satisfied customer. Great customer service! I will contyinue to shop them.

I purchased this rug with the intention of keeping it in the office which is a low traffic area. I wish we had purchased two I love it so much. I have had a number of compliments on it as well. The rug is holding up very nicely which is a bluish grey is just perfect. This is the second rug I have purchased from Overstock.com and will be back for more. I have received many compliments on this rug. It has been used in two different rooms as it goes well with the decor in those rooms. It is plush and blends well with many types of furniture. Biggest drawback is that no matter how many times I vacuum, it still sheds and I have had it for over six months. I gave it four stars due to the shedding problem.

I purchased the rug for the end of the bed. My floors are a gray tile. I though if going off the picture that the rug would look very nice on the floor with my cheery wood furniture. The rug I received is very dark, no gray or tan colors at all. I would over all call the color I received Brown. The rug did work, the room is very sunny. Just know that the color is not what is shown on the site. The rug is very thick and nice to walk on. It has shed some but I think that will stop over time. It is not bad nor a big issue. I only wish the color was close to what was shown. Then I would love this rug instead of thinking it is okay. Still a good value....

I only gave this product 3 stars because the colors are so very different from the product photo compared to the actual product. What you see is NOT what you get. The actual colors in the rug are brown and rust. There appears to be sage green, greys, hints of gold in the photo...these do not exist in the actual product. However, the piece has a surprisingly nice quality. It has a nice pile and a subtle sculpted texture which gives it a higher-end feel. Even though the colors are not at all what I expected, and I am not thrilled about that, they do work in the room. Because the quality and overall appearance is so nice, I will keep it anyway. If you are hoping to add a subtle splash of color to your room with this rug, I would choose something else. If brown/rust tones will compliment your décor, by all means "add to cart".

although this is a well made rug I had to return due to the toxic fumes - even after airing out in my garage for days it was not much better. What ever chemicals were on the rug it made my skin red & irritated. Thankfullly Overstocks was great about easily returning the rug ***. Thank you Overstocks for your great Customer Service.

I had read the other reviews and was concerned if the rug would look different than it does online. Once we received it, I agree that it is much darker. I wanted to purchase it for the burnt orange colors that I see from the pic online but they actually look more like a darker rust color. Overall, I am still pleased. The color scheme (although darker) is enough to match my furniture. This is my first time buying a wool rug so I was surprised by the amount of shedding when I sweep it but still glad I purchased it.

Love this rug. It is darker than the picture on line, but I knew that by the other reviews, so I'm not unhappy with the purchase at all. It is of top notch. A little shedding, but that's to be expected.

I've had my rug for well over a month now and it has performed very well. It's in a very lightly-used living room, so it hasn't had much traffic. But, it is one plush rug. It arrived tightly rolled with another rug. It took a few days to lay completely flat, but it did. The colors are not as vibrant as depicted on the website, which might be somewhat of a blessing. It comes off as a brown rug with somewhat subtle hints of orange and tan. I like the rug very much.

I was hesitant to get this rug due to the reviews. However, my interior designer sister, my mother, and I all thought it would look perfect in my place. Even though the reviews are correct about the colors being darker, I still think it looks perfect. I can see why the picture is lighter, too, because when daylight hits it just right it does look about the same. I was more concerned about the shedding possibility, but so far that's not an issue. It's a wool carpet, and from what my sister says they can always be expected to shed to some degree. This seems to be high quality, though, and after a couple runs with the vacuum it doesn't seem there will be continual shedding issues. I should admit that the rug has little traffic in my apartment, though. All in all I'm extremely happy. If you are okay with the colors being somewhat darker than in the picture, go for it.

As other reviewers have said, the quality of this rug is great. It is very thick and soft under foot. I have a toddler, so I was looking for something that could hold up, and I think this rug was a good choice. It is easy to vacuum (compared to a shag or carpet with a longer pile) and the bold pattern hides spills.

This area rug has heavy, dense fibers and serves well in a high traffic area. The color is quite a bit darker than pictured, so I was a little surprised, but in our home it works just fine. The color is a rich dark brown with rust. In our entry it is just right.
